The whole idea of MUVRewards is great. Read about it this morning in my email & automatically went to download it. I was pretty disappointed to see that it doesn’t quite function correctly.. I had perfectly fine WiFi/signal, so I definitely can’t blame it on that… Multiple times this morning, I’ve went to put in a pickup order & every single time I went to my cart it would basically kick me out, make me log back in, choose my location, reload my cart — only to have the same thing happen again & again. I don’t have time for that, so I just went to the actual website, like I’ve been doing forever.. I was so excited for MUVRewards & honestly, just the even-easier convenience, but so far, it’s just a waste. Please fix MUVRewards so I can actually utilize it Müv!!
So I tried to use MUVRewards and it won’t go past the page to put the passcode in. Can’t reach MUVRewards developers either. Would be nice if I can get this to work.
Not user friendly. Total PITA. Multiple orders not captured for rewards. Seriously not worth the aggravation
Sends PIN to phone and nothing else.
It sounds like MUVRewards is great in theory. However, their log in screen using a text based code doesn’t actually work. Without a fix MUVRewards is useless unfortunately, so hopefully a fix is on the way.
