Keeps giving messages (both from app & by text) with reminder for action already done. Better apps out there- Or just set a reminder in your phone.
Worse since they did their “bug” fix-actually more like they added a bug.
Also the reward they offer is only good a certain stores & can’t use & add credit card payment. Go read details on how you have to use it & also where. Plus from what I read at the rewards site-there are fees that will come out if not used.
As soon as I get my 1st reward, I’ll use it all (or as close as I can) and then....
Will be deleting WellthRewards by the end of the month if they don’t get this fixed.
I’m still in the hospital and I cannot control when they give me my medicine. When I signed up for this they told me I had until 11 AM. Please help me understand what’s going on. I just received a reminder to take pictures of my pills, again not sure when they’re coming
I have used WellthRewards twice now, and it has been so helpful in both taking my meds every day, and taking them when I need to. The reminders are super helpful. Just a gentle urging to remember. If you have any issue logging in or taking the picture, they’ll get back to you the next day with any help that you need. The support staff is also so very nice.
Takes a very little extra time to take a photo and push a couple buttons but my coffee is paid for through the rewards. Like that.
Great app / program. It’s important when you take a lot of meds daily an at different times that your on time. WellthRewards really helped me an the incentive was great too.
I was skeptical at first; didn’t really believe they would pay me to take my medication timely. WellthRewards worked much better than setting my own alarm because it sets multiple alarms; 3 hour window before and after. Now that I’ve completed the program I’m scared to forget without my reminders
Helps me to remember my meds on the days I’m super busy and/or helping my elderly mother and all her friends and neighbors and the customer service reps are some of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with!!!!

Not only I don’t forget any of my medicine daily, but also I pay my fitness club monthly fee with my rewards from this great membership. Thanks for my insurance company that makes me illegible to use this service.
I try to take my meds on time but will admit I can’t always remember. This really helps me stay on top of things with their reminders and the financial incentive doesn’t hurt. Highly recommend!

Super easy to use, you earn money Just by Taking your medication, also helps with reminding you about when to take the medication so you never forget.

I swear I don’t understand the business model but these people send me $30/month just for taking a photo of my meds each morning. Not a life-changing amount of money, of course but …….. money for nothing

I have issues first thing in the morning and my mind is truly not working properly, so having WellthRewards, having a reminder to tell me to take my meds, it’s wonderful . The Wellth program has given real good help to remind me to take my medication on time.

I am liking WellthRewards because it gives a daily reminder to your phone that it is pill time. I only take one a day though so I don’t know how it works if you have multiple pill times a day. There is also a small monetary reward that pays you to not miss a day. Highly recommend!
WellthRewards has help keep me stay on track with taking my meds daily. I love the reminders and having a timeframe to complete it by. Since the last update The system will keep reminding me even after I’ve submitted my pic & it acknowledges it, must be bug with the system Hopefully they can fix this issue soon.
So, I was really excited to get started after downloading WellthRewards . But when it says get started you have to enter your phone number and I did it a few times over and over and it kept telling me “oops phone number not recognized”.This does not make any sense. ?????????

This is THE OSTRICH frustrating App that I have EVER tried to USE! Wealth Rewards owes me well over $60 and I have yet to receive my charge card. I log in, take the pic, get a green check & then at 10 minutes until 5pm it tells me I need to post the photo for credit. They should have worked out the bugs on this program B4 it was rolled out!
This app is a colossal pain in the a**. If I could give a negative star rating, it would be -100. Three times in just over a week, it keeps sending messages claiming I'm not taking the photos. When I look in the app, the photos are showing on my phone, with a message saying, "you're all done today." It gives the impression that all is well, however, if you don't call in and complain, you'll never get credit for following the program. Calling the help line is an even greater pain, you'll sit on hold for an eternity. Sometimes an operator will answer and speak to you, other times, you'll never talk to an operator. If you try to send a text about the problem, as the app suggests, you'll never hear back, and the problem won't be resolved. There are simpler ways to remind yourself if you've taken your meds. If you enjoy dealing with this kind of hap hazard app, you'll love it. If you value your time and expect the app to work as advertised, you'll learn the hard way what a joke it is.
I have to admit, I was skeptical. But, I went ahead and diligently took pics of my breakfast and pills daily for 2 months. I earned $60. I had the credit card you sent me and just today decided to try and buy something. IT WORKED! I spent my $60 on groceries at Smith's (Kroger's). No problem! Wow! I always read reviews on scams and couldn't believe this did work. Just wanted to let you know which store it worked at. I haven't tried it anywhere else yet.
Cannot use the card at Amazon, and most of the stores we shop in. Saved all year for Christmas, and cannot cash out where we want. Big waste of time.
Beginning to think this is a scam. Been using it for a few months now, and have a $75 balance on my card, which I haven't been able to use anywhere. Everytime I call and ask where I can use it, they have different answers. Now they're saying the issue is my card, and they'll send me a new one in "two to three weeks", which is customer service speak for "we're hoping you'll forget about it by then, or if not, maybe I'll have found a better job by then."
Cannot get program to load now. Ok this morning. Keeps trying to load and shuts off. Please advise.
I love this app as one with health issues , however i do forget to take my meds. So love the daily reminders to not only take it but at around the same time. Thank you for this program.
