I wrote a review listing the issues with StashCashRewards and it was not published. Not cool.

I live in AZ where it’s legal but StashCashRewards says I can’t use it because I don’t live in a market where it’s legal. Dumb

I’ve been waiting a month for StashCashRewards to be useful. My store isn’t connected to StashCashRewards yet, apparently, even though it constantly advertises it on it’s ordering website. I love the additional features in the Filters menu such as “feeling, activities.” I love the way it keeps track of previous orders, even though I think it only starts to record your history after you download StashCashRewards . Meh…
But if I click on a store that IS connected to StashCashRewards , it won’t allow me to use any points, it doesn’t even have an area where I’m prompted, as advertised, thus rendering StashCashRewards completely useless still.
I’ll wait for it to be actually useful because it’s a wonderful concept that enhances the online shopping experience.

StashCashRewards usually crashes when I open StashCashRewards and the screen turns white. I have opened StashCashRewards to just look at my points and a countdown starts, which is annoying if the user isn’t checking out in the store. When I have tried to use it in store, I usually end up having to use points manually anyway and relay a pin number that was texted to me. It seems like an added step that doesn’t provide any real value. I would like to just look at my points without having to ask an employee during store hours.

App works now, am able to browse the menu and order—only a couple issues:

- see a banner to install StashCashRewards at the top (I’m on StashCashRewards ??)
- filtering is pretty slow and not smooth, I see different things on StashCashRewards vs the site
- bunch of UI issues that shows they didn’t really do any testing with StashCashRewards

I order from Columbia Care in Monroe, Ohio all the time. I’ve seen the ads for StashCashRewards the last few times I’ve ordered. I finally downloaded it. Columbia Care for Monroe, Ohio isn’t even an option to choose from. Very disappointing and a big waste of time. Why show me the advertisement while I’m ordering from my location, if I can’t order from my location on StashCashRewards ? Doesn’t make any sense. I’m sure this will be a disappointment to anyone from my location who tries StashCashRewards .

I’m tired of seeing I have points I come in to use them and told I have none even though I know it hadn’t been six months. StashCashRewards freezes on me and shuts down. Closed app and deleted it several times and still happens. The most frustrating thing is spending the money, earning the points, and coming in and being told I have nothing. Well over $100 in rewards.

After a few weeks I’ll log in to check points just to have to sign up again because either my information has been erased or the points are not correct! My phone number apparently isn’t registered even though the dispensaries use it every time!!
Please fix it or remove the advertisement for it!

The latest update makes the Message screen flash and renders the contents unreadable.

Very clean store, all the representatives are very knowledgeable with all the new and old products. I hope the recreational part of StashCashRewards will start using the points at the Cannabis Store in Deptford New Jersey. I love StashCashRewards

Trying to sign up to make a purchase and it won't accept phone or email. Red error message that says "couldn't retrieve your wallet, try again later".

Terrible if you can't even create a new account using phone or email.

Anytime I click a product to look at it, or try and look at my cart, it goes back to the Home Screen. I deleted it, re installed it, did not help. Website still works, but app is useless since latest update.

And you have no way to contact anyone to get it resolved. That’s the only reason for StashCashRewards . I’m over a $1000 into this new app and the only thing that shows is the carryover from the Cannabist app. Stupid waste of electrons

I’ll spend 22 minutes searching for the right stuff on my phone, then I’ll go to the check out line and StashCashRewards can’t function. Not the 1st time StashCashRewards has suk’d

There are no Missouri stores listed in StashCashRewards and I cannot even pre order. StashCashRewards is so disappointing and the store I go to doesn’t even put my profile on there unless I ask.

Not good. Just downloaded, had to get a pin emailed every time I hit save on profile and still won’t let me ship because it says I’m not in a legal area yet I am.

Basically same as web page and drained 35% my battery with background activity in last 18 hours or so, it’s a fail, skip it

I can’t make StashCashRewards do anything at all. Poorly designed. Not sure why it’s even on StashCashRewards Store.

The dispensary advertises StashCashRewards but StashCashRewards doesn’t have them as a store. Many others have same complaint.

Why isn’t Pennsylvania hooked up to your app. I’ve been using the dispensary in Scranton for 5 years. StashCashRewards is worthless to me.

StashCashRewards white screens so much I deleted it and redownloaded and now it won’t even let me login.

Cannot get past the screen to verify i live in a medical state so i can create an account. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I tried to use my points, but it only can do it if you go to the dispensary ?? I do delivery, can’t drive there, what’s up with that?

This is annoying because it’s drains battery and feeds them location data for them to do who knows what with

Will not allow me to access my account or create a new one, password reset codes do not work, none of the codes sent to my email are working, useless app

StashCashRewards itself isn’t bad thus far with this exception.

I always get emails for sales and deals in my area (Brooklyn) but it’s never reflected in StashCashRewards .

Hey drug dealers, it would be great if you stop texting me a code they never ax for, junk mail and all of that. But yall are making a killing a this 5 bucks off here and there. I’d almost pay you 5 bucks not to text me. Y’all feel me. You can do better.

Every time I click on “shop” I get an error message. My orders haven’t linked even though my email address was used on both.

StashCashRewards is supposed to work in conjunction with my local medical marijuana store. "Order online", says the recorded voice announcement for my local store. Unfortunately the store delivers to my address but StashCashRewards says they don't. It's not one specific problem but a hatful of them. They also involve StashCashRewards called, "Jane", along with a webpage, none of which was of use to accommodate ordering online for delivery.

I have enough points for $50 off, but my shop won’t ever let me use more than $10 off at a time. They said it’s because their system will only take off a certain amount for every certain amount spent (I forget what the number was, but it was high). What’s the point of racking up points if I can’t even benefit from the higher rewards? Making me purchase, like, $500 worth of products in order to get $50 off hardly feels like a deal worth saving for.

There’s no widget for the shopping cart! What kind of shopping app doesn’t have a cart button?…also I can’t sign up for texts & notifs using StashCashRewards ’s ‘SIGN IN’ widget as it simply just takes me back to the top of the exact same page. App constantly glitches. Really needs some updates & a more streamlined checkout system!

Can’t use StashCashRewards to order, says I am out of range but I am not, I get delivery or I drive 15 minutes and pick up. It shows my points correctly but it works for nothing else

Annoying!! Every time you swipe StashCashRewards away it still tracks your location in the background until you close it. I keep seeing the blue GPS arrow every time i minimize StashCashRewards , tapping on it brings me to Stash Cash. It seems a little invasive, and doesn't really make sense when the map still asks you to enter your city/state.

I see lots of people complaining about StashCashRewards , not sure why. Does exactly what needed, cumulates points and exchanges for $ off.. if your store has different polcies that’s on then and not StashCashRewards ..
