Bad customer service
So received an email to by a certificate from them. Bought it , the transaction went through they got their money but they never gave me the certificate. When I went to use it the person on the phone said the transaction didn’t go though and i said you got the money from my bank 2 days ago. She had nothing to say but I would receive my certificate in 3-5 days. There was no manager I was allowed to talk to. They have had my money for 10 days and I just received and email saying I will get the refund I asked for (but I didn’t ask for one) in another 3-5 days. Very frustrating and no customer service at all. Even the doctor’s office tried talking to them and they were like oh well !

Literally the worst app I’ve ever used
This crashes at log in every time i try to sign in. It won’t recognize that I’ve typed my password. When I request a new password and click the link in the email to make a new password the app crashes again telling me I’ve timed out (within seconds of clicking the email, so that is insane). I like to get points, so Ive switched back to using Botox instead of Dysport solely based on how impossible this app is.

Won’t let me set a password
I downloaded the app. I requested to set a password, and as soon as the email comes I click on the link and I get a message that’s the link has timed out. I mean within seconds I get the link. Then I tried logging in with Apple, and a message pops up that “something went wrong.” Needless to say, after about an hour of either trying to set a password or trying to log in with Apple, I deleted the app.
