How to fix Eros app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Eros app on iPhone
Update Eros app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Eros iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Eros on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eros network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Eros Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Eros not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Eros App
1. On android, goto Settings » Eros » click [Force Stop]

Update Eros to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eros App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Eros » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Eros.

Fix Eros unable to contact server/ Eros internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Eros » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Eros » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
