Installed MRS100. Opens and closes ok by phone. Cannot tell exactly if door is open or closed looking at icon. It shows the open-close operation ok. All my meross plugs show device unresponsive in Alexa. Cannot login to the meross app. It says that it cannot connect to the server

Since Time change last night cannot update on/off routines. Times changes an hour back automatically after I hit save button. Solution for me is set time an hour before I want the routine to run. Seems like app timer tie to my iPhone is messed up. Please advise Thanks

Since the DST change yesterday, cannot properly update my 'switch-off' routine. Cannot set the off time to 11:45 PM like before. It changes to 10:45 PM. Have tried restarting my xfinity router and my iPhone (OS 16.1) Please advise. Thank you, Ram.

When I try to logon to meross on my phone I get the error "unable to connect to server" My internet connection is fine and I can access other apps OK. Reset the password but still same problem

Doesn’t connect or add. I’ve restarted phone, reset network settings, turned off all vpn, deleted and reinstalled app. Tried to use home app. Nothing.

Hi, the app has no devices available like it has erased them all. How do I set them up again? The bulbs have remained on the last setting colour. Is there a problem with the app or something else?
