the content that I have entered into my ipad is not syncing with my iphone. I do not see a place to click on the pro-version and the sync all data just spins. Please advise as it is not worth the cost if I can not see it on my phone. Thank you,

How to fix Pureple app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pureple app on iPhone
Update Pureple app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pureple iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pureple on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pureple network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pureple Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pureple not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pureple App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pureple » click [Force Stop]

Update Pureple to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pureple App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pureple » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pureple.

Fix Pureple unable to contact server/ Pureple internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pureple » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pureple » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pureple
