My son and I took the scooters downtown. We knew the parking place, have parked there before. Mind you, a 7 dollar Uber cost us $19 to ride the scooters, but he wanted to do it.
Issue is, we parked in a designated spot. We were both in identical spots.. but he was charged $10. Have tried to reach out to support numerous times and nothing. We took a photo and everything Where he parked.
If you have any issues don’t expect any supper. Scoot at your own risk!!

Came to florida for a vacation and used these scooters. Didn’t not inform me of “proper parking zones” then charges me over $10 just for not parking in the “zone”. Rode it again down the street and back for a total of 2 minutes and 24 seconds and parked it exactly where I got it from. Then charged me $25. Seems a bit over priced to me…. I would not recommend ever using these. I have used like scooters and many other companies and they are fair and work great. These are horrible quality and just all around a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great ride, wish it would take Apple Pay. Rate is a little high but still useful.

Me and the wife stumbled upon these scooters at 8pm on a walk and rented them for about 15 minutes we had a blast well worth it

Great way to get around. Feels great with the wind in your hair. Little expensive to start up but haven’t seen many other options for electric scooters in the area

Called multiple times a always answered, always helped, awesome scooters. Can go a good speed or can cruise comfortably. Very nice. Always will take a ride when I can. 💪🏼

It’s a blast to ride around and pricing isn’t bad at all only spent 28$ for two hours of fun riding around experiencing late night city life highly recommend to give it a try 👍🏼

It was a great surprise to find them at Jacksonville Beach! We love scooters and are so happy to see them locally in our area. The last time we used them was in Santa Monica, CA! It was fast, easy to use and reliable!

I used these scooters since early release and had a blast riding around my city! I’m going again and hopefully the scooter will be in good condition. But I’ve seen before scooters not working after activation.

Awesome scooter to rent! They’re fast and everyone on the beach wanted to stop and ask about where my girlfriend and I got them! Easy to use and only took about 5 minutes to download SundayScooters and we were off!
