We signed up for Flash and it was horrible, 2 of us!
We use Lime, Bird, and Hive all the time
Why Flash is horrible 1) it’s not obvious how to add a credicard! When you click Topup, it should tell you you must add a credit card first!
Then we both DID add credit cards 2) when we tried to scan a qrcode, it said we had to ADD a credit card!!!
Then 3) Circ said it didn’t work in vienna that we had to download another Flash app!!!!
Thats 3 strikes!!!

If the scooter is right in front of you, maybe. If you use the location system to find one, it won’t be there. Something is not right with the tracking system.
I rented a scooter and couldn’t ride it. But they charge me some amount of money. So I called the customer service 4 times but no one is replying! Unreliable company.
2ppl want to ride. In area with limited cell. SUPER tedious loading. Would have like to put 2 scooters on on ride. Nope. So very tedious for quick joy ride. Nevermind.
Happened both times I tried. Third time scooter was marked out of service
Terrible UI and UX in Circ . Deleted solely b/c of this. Better scooter providers out there. Avoid at all costs if you value core memory consumption.

Ride was good and fun. Price in the UAE is a bit costly. 3aed to unlock plus 1aed every minute is a bit expensive.
Very expensive if used for recreation.
Does not allow multiple rentals at once.
Should have another way of ending the ride if phone battery drained or lost connection.
Still requires credit card even if there is credit in wallet.
It says not allowed for under 18 but used mostly by under 18.

Love the this app scooter. Especially the smartphone holder so I can see my google maps while riding. Also the wheels and suspension are very useful. My wife and I used this app scooters while we were on holiday, great way to truly see a city and super convenient way to get around, stop anywhere that is interesting, and move quickly yet affordable. Much cheaper than a taxi. Highly recommended
Would you please add to your app that option of renting more than 1 e scooters
