I dont got no updates on style like my app always automatically updates by itself that i wouldnt have known

When i press project it says allow access to album when i did any when i pressed confirm it took me to settings but there was bo photos so i can allow photos pls fix this Capcut im rlly sad rn

the reverse button isn’t working and it’s actually pissing me off I’ve tried so many things and it’s not working

Hi yes my capcut isnt working like it says no internet connection which I have perfect connection and ive tried uninstalling the app many time but things got worse, How can I resolve the issue?

Hi, the reverse button isn’t working and every time I try to use it I get kicked out of the app.

When i press “New Project” it doesn’t bring me to the part where you pick the vids/pics and it did not do this on my tablet and iPhone.

Some of the capcut filters are not showing up anymore. For example the "style" section is completely gone and the "life" button is shown but I can't click it and all of the life filters are gone.

The app is showing 17+ hours of screen time when I was on it for 10-20 min and I shut down all tabs before I stopped using my phone

Exporting videos fails and I'm stuck on one image for the rest of my video! Plus, this customer service is Canva-tier! It's horrible! They didn't help me out at all, and they only release new features instead of actually fixing their app!

When I try to adjust a video/and or image clip it doesn't work for a minute, then expands it over 120 minutes! I re-installed capcut 5 times and it's still the same. Help.

I’m sorry to complain but when I try to press reverse, it goes up to 95% and then says, “couldn’t reverse, try again.” And I know some people have said connect to the wifi or update CapCut, but I’ve done all of that and it’s still not working. Please help me out 😅

I’m seeing a pattern here. I made a video that’s over 30 mins. Every time I click on the video, it freezes then kicks me out of the app. I’ve restarted my phone, and almost everything in the book and it’s still this way. I don’t know if you’re in the middle of updating it but hopefully everything ends well. Please fix this, this video is very important and I have a deadline.
