The video effects and face effects aren’t working. Basically nothing is working for me. It’s saying I’m not connected to internet. But I’m at my house and I have good internet

I could not sign in capcut

Hi, CapCut has not been allowing me to add text onto the pictures in my videos. No text will work. I have tried looking under the photos but it doesn’t appear there either. Could you help please? Thanks

I was trying to edit when the app crashed then i tried to go back into the edit and every time i pressed the text or stickers button the app closes. I dont have this issue with any other video.

Dude, wtf?! I’m trying to make an edit and it won’t go to where I need it, every time I go for adjust the image it goes out of frame, and it’s been like this for a good few hours!

Literally the app crashes every single time I try to load in my one video edit that is 5 minutes long BARELY. It’s ticking me off and I have more than enough storage, i cant even load it in long enough to change the quality of the video so it stops lagging out. Im upset because I can’t even finish editing it.

I made a video with one of the only edits being adding text throughout the video, when I save the video to my camera roll, no text shows up, nothing I added shows up on the saved video, how do I get my text to show up?

Okay so I’ve been using capcut since 2020 , everytime when I make a edit I export it on 2/4K 60 fps, and Smart HD. Until yesterday it kept saying ‘something went wrong please try again’ I’m just so sad because I just finished a really good video and then it said that. Please help me

First of all before i deleted it i couldnt DO any animation And i mean ANY because it said i had no internet when i had full bars! And now ot wont let me download it:(

Capcut editor on browser has reached limit on cloud space but which prevents it from saving. This is a problem as whenever I try to delete something to make space, it has to save before it can delete which gives me the same error message of not having the sufficient amount of space. This error message allows me only to try again or abandon draft. To click try again fixes nothing and the error message pops up again and I think it is a given the reason why I do not want to click "Abandon Draft". So the problem is that I cannot edit anything as it does not have sufficient space to save and I cannot make space because it automatically saves whenever I delete anything. Some help or small changes to this system should work and remove this significant roadblock.

cap cut is not letting me delete any of the edits i dont want anymore i have tried to delete them more than once and its still not letting me delete anything fix ur app plz. oh and have a great rest of ur day

So recently for me Capcut has been saying no connection, I have deleted the app and re installed, updated the app, and everything, I have good internet connection and all of my other apps work except for CapCut.

When I tried to use CapCut after making something, I left the app to export it later. When I came back to the app, it wouldn't let me click on anything, and I can't even delete something. It just wouldn't let me do anything, is there a way to fix this?

I’m trying to work on something that’s important and it won’t reverse all it says is “can’t reverse. Try again” and I’ve tried so many times and it won’t work.

Ive been using capcut for a month now n it has been amazing until yesterday. somtimes it takes 5 mins to load into my project, theres glitching between cuts in scenes, and now my video effects wont work:( i already tried clearing up majority of my space, restarting my ipad, amd deleting and redownloadimg the app. nothings helping.

The add text feature won't do capital letters. Only shows lower case letters

It won't let me type

So basically, there are two problems. The first one is about when I click the split button. Whenever I do this, the screen will turn black. The second problem is that I cant use the text tool. Please fix this.
