When I try to make a video with photos or a template with photos it won’t load when I click preview!

Crashes when almost done with project, 3 times in a row

When I make a video on capcut and I'm done with it, why does it glitch?

Everytime I open the app, it closes itself and goes back to my home page it doesn't even open.

When I click on the app to go onto it it flashes into the app and straight back out of it. I have tried turning off my phone completely twice but still no luck. Please fix this glitch. Otherwhise amazing app such a shame I can't open it.

CapCut always does weird when I try to move my clips or zoom in and out

Cap cut won't open it keeps crashing

Whenever i press on the app it takes me out of it

whenever i try to put the filter “Dog Days” it doesn’t show up

Whenever im trying to use a template the video wont add in.

I worked on an capcut project for so long now the template is white and i can't open it. I can still open my other projects.

The app keeps on crashing every time i try to edit or use templates. It would also crash when I try to export videos. CapCut crashes my phone and overheats it. What is happening?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, I updated to OS to the latest Android 13 and after that CapCut crashes when I try to open it

Problem with the better quality for the speed botton. The speed isn't smooth.

The app kept crashing while I was working on the project and it crashes before the video can export, so I can't export my video.

Suddenly it won't show any font when I go to fonts and it says you've reached your end? What does that even mean? Why I can't see the fonts?

I was editing on capcut and all of a sudden when I go to fonts to choose a font it says "you've reached the end" and now I don't know what to do I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didn't fix the problem, please help.

I upgraded capcut to a new version and it told me to restart it, then the app said that it crashed. And every time i try to open it, it crashes

Automated subtitles won't show. Reinstalled the app but the problem still persist. Tried on another phone, same issue. Also, I cannot choose a template for subtitles

whenever i try to use templates, it loads 30% and then says “couldn’t load. try again later”. this has happened with many templates

when i choose only one word in my sentence to lower only that parts opacity, it doesnt get lowered and gets lowered for the entire sentence. also when i try to copy a text it oesnt get copied.

It keeps saying no internet connection when I’m on internet and I’ve tried updating it and even reinstalling it and it still don’t work
