I want to subscribe to capcut pro, once payment is complete the apps crashed. when I re-opened the app, I'm still basic. What should I do? Please Advice

Triying to install CapCut Desktop. It remains stuck at 95% no matter how often I try. On Reddit several users have reportes the same issue within the last few hours. Any solution to this?

None of my videos are exporting. I'm not using any PRO option. I've uninstalled and reinstalled

After exporting, video will only play if you don't try to advance or pause. If you attempt to advance video, it will jump back to beginning and start over.

the transitions and animations are not working.

So when I try to export my video it said I was using a Pro effect and when I checked it I saw it was because I was using the Glitch text but when I clicked on the Glitch text it didn't have a "PRO" logo on it. It looked like a free text effect maybe it's a glitch in the system? Does anyone else have this problem?

Using the desktop app before the most recent update 1.5.0 Beta test version 1 was great and had no issues. but as soon as this update came out, CapCut will work perfectly fine but when playing back the newest section of an edited video, it will freeze. The app won't crash as waiting will resolve the issue however, you have to wait for about 2-3 minutes for it to sort itself out (which it doesn't always do).

Capcut editor on browser has reached limit on cloud space but which prevents it from saving. This is a problem as whenever I try to delete something to make space, it has to save before it can delete which gives me the same error message of not having the sufficient amount of space. This error message allows me only to try again or abandon draft. To click try again fixes nothing and the error message pops up again and I think it is a given the reason why I do not want to click "Abandon Draft". So the problem is that I cannot edit anything as it does not have sufficient space to save and I cannot make space because it automatically saves whenever I delete anything. Some help or small changes to this system should work and remove this significant roadblock.

So recently for me Capcut has been saying no connection, I have deleted the app and re installed, updated the app, and everything, I have good internet connection and all of my other apps work except for CapCut.

When I tried to use CapCut after making something, I left the app to export it later. When I came back to the app, it wouldn't let me click on anything, and I can't even delete something. It just wouldn't let me do anything, is there a way to fix this?

I’m seeing a pattern here. I made a video that’s over 30 mins. Every time I click on the video, it freezes then kicks me out of the app. I’ve restarted my phone, and almost everything in the book and it’s still this way.
