Close and restart the DUBL Pro app on iPhone

Fix DUBL Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DUBL Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DUBL Pro app issues:

Force Stop the DUBL Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DUBL Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DUBL Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DUBL Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DUBL Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DUBL Pro.

Fix DUBL Pro unable to contact server/ DUBL Pro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DUBL Pro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DUBL Pro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DUBL Pro on android.
