Many many attempts to use this website…impossible. I am usually pretty good on computers, but gave up on healowUAE. Will just call Dr’s office with any questions about my healthcare.
I cannot believe how horrible healowUAE is. Do not waste your time or phone space downloading this nonsense. Who decided that this was ready to publish for users. Deserves Negative stars
I have so many problems with healowUAE it is not user friendly very difficult to verify information it is 2022 and this is a very generic cheap app.

Impossible to deal with. Dr office using really needs to get better way of dealing with their information.

Does not recognize my doctors name my doctor phone number my doctors address my practice code number that my doctor gave me and I’ve tried numerous numerous times

Horrendous to log into. User unfriendly. Practice codes don’t work. Phone numbers don’t work and can’t search by physician. It’s like you need a secret code to get into it.
