I regret of using baxibox they’ve never been good for once, they’re lack of customer service and support since over 7months ago I have been trying my possible best to get in touch with they customer support, regarding changing my lost phone number. But they never respond to me back. If you love yourself don’t deal with baxibox anymore because you might later lose your money without getting a support from them.
It’s my first time using Baxi. I have not even completely signed it’s already bringing up an update which I find your system to be thrash work on your app before putting out for people to use!

7days repayment of your loan is too short.. a loan just for 7days with high interest is stealing. Also you charging customers for wallet funding is not the best.
The account number displayed on my dashboard is invalid and does not come up each time I want to find my wallet using my fidelity and wema bank app.
