CDcare Reviews

Items on CDcare are way too expensive than you walking into an electronic store to test your product, pay n pick it up immediately and way more cheaper. For an example i want to buy a Binatone iron of 19k on CDcare and when i got to a store they sold it for me 11,500 the 10 percent should be 1,150 but they raised it to 19k
I’ll never advise anyone to buy from them as they’re thieves. I wasted my time nd data downloadin d app
First time I’m using CDcare for purchase and they are acting like scammers. I’ve paid for an item in full and after close to 7 days I haven’t got what I ordered for, their staffs are so unprofessional acting frustrated. Even till now I haven’t gotten a response as to my what I ordered for was delayed.
CDcare is nonsense I paid for an item after payment I was told that the price just went up, okay let me add up to the money they no gree let me change the item they no gree ok I want to cancel the order they no gree contact their customers service no response and my money is just there hanging, you guys no try at all
1. The User Experience on their app Is Very Bad For A StartUp with such great plan.
2. They’re not transparent in a lot of things such as their delivery days.
3. I bought and fully paid for my phone and about a month after, I do not have it yet, a very minor issue takes a long time to resolve, so if you need to change your number or address, that’s extra one week, to change proxy costs u another extra week to get ur delivery.
If you value time or if u have ur money don’t use them.
You did not deserve any star from me because I was ask to verify my account and I do so but the thing now not working I try to click on the link that was send to my mail but is not working pls try and fix it because I have already Ordered for standing fan
I order for a maxi 43 inches tv, CDcare says I will get it between 18 and 21 of December but they sent a mail to me tell me that I will get my tv between 20 to 31 of December which contradict what their app says.
Today I received another mail telling that they are going on break from 23 December which is today to 4th of January which means I won’t be collecting my tv till next year and they still want me to keep paying 5k every week.
I want my money back, you can remove your 10 percent.
This company is the worst company to do business with. They delivered a faulty product to me and after they could put it together they were already adding late fees and on top of that to return it they added an extra 40k fee to just come carry it. And refund peanut.
Please no matter what you do my candid advice is you don’t involve with them so you don’t live to regret it. Believe me I am saying this from my experience with them they are thieves
I ordered an item as a birthday present for my child, but I was sent a used product instead of the new one I purchased. I reported the issue and returned the item, but I’ve yet to receive any clear feedback on when I’ll get my replacement. Customer service has been unhelpful, unwilling to take responsibility, and often gives misleading information. They even miscount the payment timing, claiming 30 days is equivalent to 2 months. Very frustrating experience overall.
At first they were good and reliable but tell me why you guys will deduct 2 payments in a week for a product and then only one payment reflected on CDcare I sent texts to customer care, even emailed them they didn’t even reply Terrible services once I’m done with current payment that’s the last you’ll see of me I’m deleting CDcare straight up
On your app, the application automatically close when you try to access my wishlist especially when you attempt to scroll to see the items you’ve added to the wishlist. Then also try to improve your responsiveness as well as the appearance and you can’t even scroll through products properly.
My big thanks to this app for household items achieved so far. It’s great and awesome. I just want to correct two things. Number one is The return policy and number 2 is Ads are popping and isn’t letting us enjoy CDcare . The ads is related to previous Items bought. It keeps telling you to share on social media. No exit icon on the ads.
The return policy should be looked and worked on tightly. Thank you this app ❤️❤️❤️
CDcare is great but there’s room for a lot of improvement. I believe as time goes by lots of useful features will be implemented in CDcare . For now it’s doing what an mvp should. kudos to team.

I think the problem cd care is facing is either they’re short of staff or their system needs an upgrade…
Your doorstep delivery system is the best and given chance to make payment installmentally
I love your store
Looking forward to to keep buying things from you
I love this app I just found out about them recently and tried them
Wonderful service and item
With your platform, am able to get all the appliance I need in my home. Your items are original and affordable.
Why always change of product at the end of payments and always incur an extra charges for customers this is unfair and least expected from you
Honestly I didn’t know CDcare is legit, until I got my package delivered to me today. My package was delivered to me after paying 50%
I got my items in 5days ,, that was pretty fast , because I was expecting it in two weeks ,,, cd care ,,, u do this 😉
Please try as much as possible to employ sensible people to work for you … because the driver that came to deliver an item to me is mannerless.
