Still don’t work!

Once you open PLAZAApp you have to select the mall you want to visit, but PLAZAApp doesn’t let you make an appointment/reservation unless you give permission to know your location. Why? I have already chosen the mall I want to visit and your privacy notice doesn’t explain why PLAZAApp needs access to my location. I can be in Germany for all PLAZAApp cares and make a reservation because I will be here in PR for that day.

No functioning when was announced

PLAZAApp is promoting the risk of getting infected with the virus. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Unfair to put economy over people’s health. Thousands of workers are being exposed to coronavirus.

Terrible app! Not user friendly.

Asks for location and demands an email to get a reservation

It’s not going to happen

Cant even create or register an account. Cant add my email to complete registration. Doesnt make a reservation.

App crashes and gets stuck on certain actions.

Forces you to give your location. PLAZAApp is not safe to use.

App not work properly extremely limited options also

They want to expose the people of Puerto Rico during this deadly pandemic just to benefit themselves instead of coming up with other safe alternatives, I do not support this mall or PLAZAApp plus it’s full of bugs and errors.

I received an add that Plaza+ and PLAZAApp let you browse stores inventory so you could plan your visit. I downloaded PLAZAApp but when you click on the Plaza+ section all I get is a grey screen. It doesn't matter if you switch from Caribe to Americas, same thing happens. I sent a screenshot to support and all they said was “reinstall PLAZAApp ” which did nothing to solve the issue. Its pretty much useless.

Y’all disgust me

You can make reservations now cause of the COVID thing. You can also check all the stores there are and see the discounts you can get in places which is also good. I’m an employee so I get good discounts as well. But not being employee doesn’t mean you don’t get discounts. You do need to give your location to PLAZAApp because I think it just lets you know where in the mall you are when you want to go to a certain store.

App is crashing quite a bit and gave me difficulty while creating the account. As i was about to finish it kept crashing 😔

Este app me dio diarrea y vomito 15 min luego de abrirlo por primera vez.
