YES is Great idea but NO don’t download it as its Poor application.

This application never works, it’s functionality is extremely poor, there is always an issue with it. I have it now for almost 3 months but haven’t got a single reward as it doesn’t capture your fuel bill and neither the auto service. One weak point about it if you want to pay contactless you have to use another ENOC application and you are not entitled for YES points so my recommendation is No don’t download this YES application.

Worked wonderfully at first and I have a lot of points. Unfortunately no matter how many times I reset my password I cannot login. I continue to give my number to accumulate points and complain about not being able to login daily. Sadly today one of the attendants said most likely because I have too many points. Why have a reward system if you can’t be rewarded for continued patronage. If there’s a glitch then fix the software. Anyway one star since the app isn’t accessible.

It the worst reward app due to every time you open the app while you are in front of the fuel counter it always logs out by itself and hard to log in with the credentials again because they made it so hard like it’s mobile banking app and so you just move on without talking the points.
