This application never works, it’s functionality is extremely poor, there is always an issue with it. I have it now for almost 3 months but haven’t got a single reward as it doesn’t capture your fuel bill and neither the auto service. One weak point about it if you want to pay contactless you have to use another ENOC application and you are not entitled for YES points so my recommendation is No don’t download this YES application.

Worked wonderfully at first and I have a lot of points. Unfortunately no matter how many times I reset my password I cannot login. I continue to give my number to accumulate points and complain about not being able to login daily. Sadly today one of the attendants said most likely because I have too many points. Why have a reward system if you can’t be rewarded for continued patronage. If there’s a glitch then fix the software. Anyway one star since YesRewards isn’t accessible.

Don’t waste your time for few fills reward which is you cannot redeem

One of the WORST APPS you will ever get. You need LOOOOOOONG time to collect points to get little benefit from them. Also most of the times I face problems in earning the points due to system issues, I had to contact them many times.

99% when i open application it says"Something went wrong", I can't load barcode, points ..etc. Application on Google Play works much better.

Points are not being update in your account. Sending directly the receipts to their customer support is not helping at all. If you want to add some frustrations in your life, please join the program and download YesRewards .

People that work in Enoc asks us if we have YesRewards , altho it has been a year and still it is terrible and never worked! Very disappointing.
I sent a complaint, and they called to ask what is the issue yet as if i didnt even complain about it.

It the worst reward app due to every time you open YesRewards while you are in front of the fuel counter it always logs out by itself and hard to log in with the credentials again because they made it so hard like it’s mobile banking app and so you just move on without talking the points.

Keeps asking me to update and logs me out randomly. Its on 1.1.4 but still asks me to update to the same version every time! Developers are sleeping!

Scanning or giving the phone number does not always work out of 5x scanning i redeem only twice! By now this should be fixed!

Got to use some services and fuel top ups with the use of app and PIN but no points earned. Always need to contact their support for issues.

It’s easy to use, convenient and has great rewards!
