Whenever I try to click on my book to read it, the app crashes. I’ve been able to access it before.

It won't play audiobooks. It says the file isn't supported but it did play one halfway yesterday so I know it should work.

I received my first approved request from however, when i downloaded the book and hit the read option it doesnt open. I've tried closing the app and reopening and still nothing. I'm not sure what to do.

When I try to download a book on the netgalley shelf app, it says "you are not authorized".

I’m about halfway though a book, but when I try to open it flashes the pages then goes to a blank page with 0 to 194 at the bottom like it’s at the beginning of the book. But stays there until I close the app.

Hi, I have downloaded several books with the app. But recently, when I open the app and click on one of the books I downloaded, the app says it can't find it. I can't download the books again, either, the app only shows the button "read". I tried deconnecting the app from my account, but that didn't work.
