Billo Creator - Go Video Reviews

I have content creating with BilloCreator for several months, everyone is so kind, helpful, understanding, & great to work with. It’s been a great side gig and extra income that is flexible. I also appreciate that they are very communicative & always looks to improve BilloCreator and the services and products. I’ve had a really great experience & they are improving it daily - also love most of products & brands I’ve been able to work with.

I’ve created $10k worth of content for BilloCreator over the past 8 months. 2 specific times during this, my account has been “frozen” without warning because of not uploading “on time.” Yet, the videos for products I was supposed to be uploading had not even arrived yet. And other times, I have received products that is shows have not even been shipped yet.

There is absolutely no consistency and the company itself has very odd specifications and will just in the drop of a hat freeze an account of a top creator.

The “customer service” for creators is also very bad. It will take many days to receive and answer to a question that is time sensitive. You’re supposed to upload within 3 days of receiving the product, yet it will take them 5 days to respond. What sense does that make?

You apply for a task, the brand tells you if you’re approved, then there is a countdown for how long you have to complete the task. For a lot of the products I was sent, the countdown would start before I even got the product. If you’re late based on the countdown they will send you message/email over and over again until you send the video. Some of the brand’s instructions would be very confusing or ask for a lot compared to how much would be paid ($20). Then once you send the video in they’ll ask you to edit it with instructions that weren’t in the original instructions.

I think i like BilloCreator , just because it is a good side gig for extra money. my problem with it is, it’s very buggy. when i click to try to “i want this task,” it takes a couple delayed seconds to load, not only that but when i do get some tasks, i won’t even have the product and they expect me to film with it. since there’s a time limit to do the ad, it’s very frustrating because i lose the chance to earn money, since i don’t have a products yet and won’t have the videos done on time.

I must say I am loving Billo so far and I am having great success with both the brands and with Billo. For those who may be struggling, only apply for task that you know you are capable of doing. This will save a lot of reshooting and fixing to your uploaded videos.

The Billo staff is also very friendly and uplifting. They truly do have your best interest and they will surely motivate you along the journey of completing task!

I was so nervous and skeptical at first but it turns out with BilloCreator is a awesome experience I know it’s so weird but BilloCreator makes me feel like I’m a celebrity kind of the fact that I get to record amazing commercials and edit them and get paid for them and get to keep the product I hope that I get to continue to work with Billo

Don’t even bother wasting your time. I downloaded BilloCreator and followed everything and got approved but BilloCreator out of nowhere stopped working. It won’t even let me login. What a waste of time to go through all that. You guys have too much you need to work on to improve BilloCreator . Incredibly annoying….. 🙄 Also nobody will help you. They say they will response within a day but doesn’t…

it started working but it’s been weeks i applied to at least 100 items and got approved for NONE!
truly a waste of time. i would give it 5 negative stars if there’s that option here.

The bugs within BilloCreator and the sometimes invalid instructions provided within the Tasks make creating content much more frustrating than being able to connect directly with the brands that you’re making videos for.

If you have the skills to pitch your services directly to companies, I highly recommend doing that compared to working in a software system that needs a lot of improvement.

BilloCreator at first I was not use how to Navigate but they do have assistance that can help you out of how to get started. It took time but it work out good for me and so far did two task and it went well and already getting pending for payments. So this is good app, just need to take time and patience. That’s all.

I am a stay at home mom and BilloCreator has been a game changer!! I’ve been on it for two weeks and already have almost a thousand dollars coming in!!! What a great way to make extra money and not have to leave your house!! This is the best app ever!!

BilloCreator is so innovative and is great for creators. I have been using BilloCreator for a couple months now, and its great. I have gotten more collaborations on here than anywhere else and its all video creation. Great for new creators just starting to work with brands.

BilloCreator has saved me while being unemployed! It’s a great app, but just takes some time to get used to how it works. After a few months, I love it. Also their customer service is great if you ever have any issues!

I have been working for Billo as a creator for 4 months now. The team is communicative, respectful, generous and professional. This is seriously an amazing app. Highly recommend you to apply and try them out if you are a content creator!

I have never reviewed an app in my life, but I enjoy doing this for extra income. The customer service is amazing and the tasks are fun to do. I enjoy every bit of it! I’d recommend it to most my friends

BilloCreator was phenomenal until today I went to open it and I lost all of my applied and approved tasks. I was asked to signup again and it was as if I had never been apart of the community. With pending videos to upload for approval I have no idea what I need to do next or how to retrieve what I’ve already done.

I saw an Instagram ad for BilloCreator and decided to sign up. It turns out they pay people $20 to say a random testimonial about how great their app is. The reality is BilloCreator was probably designed to collect user info and it’s really difficult to get a task. I have applied to 200+ tasks by now. They have either been rejected or the brand didn’t select me. Out of 200 tasks applied I got none? Hard to believe this is not a scam.

Honestly starting to think they don’t care about their creators.

They threaten creators about things that are usually the brands fault. And never take creator suggestions or complaints into actual consideration.

BilloCreator has potential but the people running it don’t

Be nice to the people making you money.

Bottom line if your a content creator your better off pitching to brands. BilloCreator doesn’t have much respect for creators time at all. Unprofessional language is often used to critique videos and creators are rushed and extremely underpaid. $20 for the kind of videos some of them ask for is absurd. Overall reach out to brands on your own. Know your worth and add tax.

I created an account and when I tried to login again, it keeps loading and loading but never shows me anything. It takes me back to the home page. I uninstalled it three times and installed it again. BilloCreator doesn’t work and there’s nobody who can help you to fix this problem

I can’t get my profile set up. There is a pop up that mentions an update, but there’s no update available in BilloCreator Store. Whenever I try to set up my account it just is a blank screen after I enter my information. I’ve deleted an reinstalled BilloCreator a few times now and it’s doing the same thing

I really love working with the Billo team and their app just keeps getting better.

So I just recently got BilloCreator and need help trying to figure out how to get the stuff for free cause every time I go to checkout it has a price. is there a discount code or something

I switched phones and try to sign back into my Bilo account and it doesn’t work. I reached out to the company and no one has responded back. I enjoy using my billo app I just want to get back in.
