I got an email saying that if I downloaded GigisCupcakes I would instantly get a free confetti cupcake reward sent to my app? It’s been a few hours and still nothing plus no option for online or phone support to ask anyone?

Same thing happened here. Promised a free cupcake immediately and nothing happened. Also went to store on birthday and ask about their free birthday cupcake program as usual and was told that a new system was coming out very soon that would take care of all that. Till then stores were told to hold off. If the new app is the “new system” that’s a bust too. Waiting to see if any point are transferred as promised but doubt it. Don’t get me wrong the individual store operators are good people with a great product. Unfortunately the corporate bean counters have taken over. So don’t expect squat anymore.

This is the worst app! Logins don’t work, resetting passwords don’t work, point migrations don’t work, free cupcake for registering is a lie. Total scheisters! A working app is not hard in this day and age. Don’t roll something out when it’s not ready!

I would like to buy cupcakes but it seems I have to create a new password every time and that isn’t even working today. I guess they don’t need the additional business.

I got an email to down load this great new app, but every time i try to log in it tells me my password is incorrect. I can log in to the mobile and desktop site just fine with that password though.

Paid for my order, then had to wait while other customers were served before my order was completed.

Website for my local location directs me to GigisCupcakes , but app will not let me order from my location. Either update the website or update GigisCupcakes ?

I always enjoy visiting the branch in Columbus Georgia because everyone I have had contact with have always been extremely nice and helpful. Oh might I add the cupcakes are just as wonderful!

Adorable bakery! Friendly atmosphere and so many delicious choices, it was hard to choose.

My 2 year old and I enjoyed our quick stop in. She even gave a complimentary tiny cupcake to my 2 year old. Will be back again!

From the greet, to explaining the cupcake flavors, to checking out and adding GigisCupcakes ... the customer service was amazing! I can’t wait to try the cupcakes... all 12 flavors! 💙

They have the best cupcakes ever. Tender and moist cakes with mile high frosting. Staff is always so cheerful and friendly. I go in for 1 and come out with 3 lol. If you take them to parties they are the first things to go on the dessert table.

Like a well oiled machine, one was dishing up the orders and one was ringing customers up! Service was friendly and fast, and informative of the cupcakes I inquired about... and of course the cupcakes and cookies were amazing as always !!

This place saved me on my mom fail. Valentines party and no time to bake! Literally made them and individually boxed!! Blew my mind the service too she let me customize a few for each of the kids to assure the gluten-free could happen! Love this place❤️
