- Search within a PDF is not as intuitive or easy to use

- Lacks a search feature with visual display of pages that have the terms

- No table of contents for PDFs of textbooks

- Cannot draw on documents with the Apple Pencil

- Cannot group highlights together

- Notes do not list highlights by page and only by color

- Pro version is subscription-based rather than a one-time fee

Hello. New version doesn’t give live links for page numbers in right-hand sidebar. Instead, it spells them out in HTML code (and these strings are non-clickable). E.g., this file name: Jameson, F. [1988] «Cognitive mapping» (Marxism and the Interpretation of C.pdf produces this non-clickable non-link: (highlights://Jameson,%20F.%20%5B1988%5D%20%C2%ABCognitive%20mapping%C2%BB%20(Marxism%20and%20the%20Interpretation%20of%20C#page=2) macOS 12.6.5 MBP MBP M1 16-inch 2021
