App is as useless as the company

Was given my keys 2 weeks ago. Still can’t access AstecoCM. Still haven’t been given building access cards. Provis chooses to make their problems the problems of the tenants instead of dealing with things themselves.
UPDATE: Still a worthless app. Email exists. There are tons of companies that have an online option in addition to an app. No idea why they make things unnecessarily difficult.
App doesn’t open after update

I don’t understand how such a large company as Aldar/Provis can make an app which is essential for living in the community so bad and useless. When it works it is literally so slow that a simple task of booking an amenity can take a couple of mins to do (95% of the time you are just waiting for AstecoCM to load).
After the recent and forced update, AstecoCM doesn’t open at all. What a joke.
An app that doesn’t perform!

I had to give 1 star because there is no provision to give less.
I have tried to make payments of maintenance bill many times; it simply does not work!
I have reported this issue but apparently either they cannot fix it or they are not interested!
So, please tell what is the purpose of AstecoCM other than to occupy space on my mobile?
Worst app in the world

This is an excellent example for the rationale that zero star reviews should be possible in AstecoCM Store. Other than that, it literally does nothing. Have to delete and reinstall even to get it to open. And then non functional
Unfortunately, we are now forced to register our vehicles on this worthless brick. And yet it’s impossible. Well done, PROVIS, well done

Work for a couple of days and then asked for an update… updating ever since, it’s been more than 24 hr an it’s still updating. More garbage for your phone

I downloaded AstecoCM 6 times and it never seems to work! Am so tired and they have relocated to Yas which is not very reasonable for a lot of the tenants especially in Al Reem area
Version 2.4.1 - does not work

It is surprising that AstecoCM is in production in an App Store. This does not work, tested in multiple phones.
