Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever BoBo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix BoBo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BoBo app on iPhone
Update BoBo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BoBo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BoBo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BoBo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BoBo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BoBo app issues:

Force Stop the BoBo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BoBo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BoBo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BoBo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BoBo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BoBo.

Fix BoBo unable to contact server/ BoBo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BoBo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BoBo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BoBo on android.
