The birthday thing will not let me in
It seems like there’s never enough connection stability (whatever wi-fi or mobile data) for Lemon8 to apply templates, except the rare cases when there is.
- I cannot allow access to my "Photos" on my iPhone, but my iPad works. I had contacted customer service who asked for a screen shot, they saw that my "Camera" had access and closed the case. "Camera" and "Photos" are different. I obviously want to use photos already taken, not unedited ones on the spot. -My posts either get shadowbanned or just don’t appear in public due to a bug. I make sure they are marked as public. More than half my posts are not showing to others, which is very frustrating. I tried to work around this by editing a post that already is showing in public, however after editing, it doesn’t show the updated post with the new caption and the added carousel photos. I have contacted Customer Service and they said the speed of publication is slow due to the surge in users. I don’t think that is the case. -Sometimes the "Save Draft" button does not show.
Same issue as everyone else…I’ve deleted the post and reposted it, uninstalled the app, turned my phone off, everything. My new carousel post isn’t viewable to anyone except me 😢
I posted a carousel post and no can view my post except for me. My account is set to public. When I post a single image, it shows my post is visible to the public and I have engagement on those posts. Why do some posts work and others don't? I have reached out to customer support but have yet to hear back.
I posted something and it’s not viewable to other accounts. I delete and repost but wont show my followers (my husband follows me and can’t see my post)
I posted something last night but apparently no one else is able to view it. When I log out and look for my profile it says there’s zero posts but when I’m logged in I can see I have one post and it is set to public. Why aren’t other users able to view my post?
