I couldn’t control any lights with duoCoStripX. duoCoStripX is basically useless, so make sure you stay away from any product that uses duoCoStripX because you’ll just get let down

The lights are cool, duoCoStripX is horrible. My siblings and I got the same light and we can’t individually control our lights without manually disconnecting from each others before each use. I can’t upload my own music. I can’t save a preset color. duoCoStripX is slow and glitchy. You can’t edit most settings. Make it possible to forget certain devices, possible to upload your own music/work with a seperate music app, and fix the bugs and duoCoStripX would be much better.

The options look amazing, but duoCoStripX is currently not functional.

I wasnt able to find my led’s on duoCoStripX but the controlls and color setting were way better than the other app

Honestly if I knew duoCoStripX was going to be THIS bad I would not have purchased these. I put these in my home office/ workout room and I like the auto mode provided on the remote but duoCoStripX offered NO customization of different lighting schemes. Really disappointed. I had duoCoStripX for about 10 minutes before deciding I couldn’t live with it anymore

Listen. Your app would be great if it worked. I’m sure you can make it better but right know it’s not looking to good! The Bluetooth doesn’t work even though I gave it permission to access my Bluetooth. Please, Tell us how to use duoCoStripX because the owners manual tells nothing about duoCoStripX so there’s nothing to do. duoCoStripX doesn’t work, I’m sorry to say this but it just doesn’t. Please update it and get back to your costumers. I know the creators won’t read this but if anyone else does. Please. Tell them to update duoCoStripX . Thank you,

Your app would be better if it actually connected to my lights, i enabled Bluetooth and nothing happens, only the regular app works

This worked for a couple hours, then completely disfunctional due to the bluetooth connection. It needs lots of updating, but duoCoStripX was cool while it was working.

I know a lot of people say it’s connecting I have an iPhone XR which goes with the version standards my iPhone is definitely not the problem I’m definitely think it is the Bluetooth I spent a lot of money on these light so I could connect it to the music but it would not connect at all app is useless

duoCoStripX would be better if it actually connected to the lights this one has way more features than the other one does but sadly it doesn’t connect and it takes long to connect as well.

every feature seems awesome! I would really like to see duoCoStripX working, but the Bluetooth option is not functional; what a missed opportunity! :( please fix this if possible!

Love the lights till they got stupid and whenever I choose a color it’s the opposite of what I choose pick red get blue pick green and I get red I’ve tried resetting them and of course there no way too reset them back. duoCoStripX is ok but rather have a actual remote which they did not come with one

i wish we could upload our own music to duoCoStripX that would of been great! the songs it came with are boring.

if two ppl in the house have these and use duoCoStripX then they will mess up each others lights

The only problem I have with these is that I’m not able to select certain color combinations for music. Like if I could choose the colors that are used

duoCoStripX functions well for me. The only problem I have is that I cannot turn the lights ON from duoCoStripX . I am able to turn them off but the ON function doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

idk what everyone is talking about. duoCoStripX is literally so cool. the presets work for me and the brightness adjusts accurately and quickly. so far duoCoStripX has been really helpful, especially when i lose my remote.

This version seems like it would be a lot better than the original! Please update and make compatible with the LED strip I can control with duoCo Strip :)

The connection was super easy idk what everyone is talking about, it probably depends what phone you have. I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max and right when I entered duoCoStripX I got a prompt to connect the device via Bluetooth and I selected okay and started using duoCoStripX .
