Without notice Quartz removed all health information from QuartzMyChart -the only assistance given is a note on QuartzMyChart to use “your clinic’s app” Where do we find that info? What if we are dealing with multiple Doctors in multiple different clinics? Will we need to log into multiple different apps to find our clinical information. This was poorly communicated to members and seems like it creates more hassle and confusion for patients.
Every link in QuartzMyChart brings you to their website. Literally no point in having QuartzMyChart . It would be easier to just save the website, as a shortcut, with your other apps.
What a waste of time it was to download this.
What is the point of an app if every time I want to use something it takes me to my browser? There is no use for QuartzMyChart.
There is zero point to having QuartzMyChart anymore since I can’t look at results, find when I have an upcoming appointment, check in, or request refills.
I don’t understand why all of the sudden I can’t view my test results from QuartzMyChart . Only on a web browser. It defeats the purpose of having QuartzMyChart .
Poorly designed, not user friendly, wellness rewards unsupported in QuartzMyChart and extremely small on the website when using a mobile device.
After using myChart with my primary care provider, I had high hopes switching to an insurance that uses the same system. It’s incredibly disappointing to be redirected to the website in my mobile browser any time I click anything in QuartzMyChart and defeats the purpose of downloading it. What is the point of encouraging users to download QuartzMyChart when it doesn’t function well? I would have rather just been encouraged to use the site instead of being promised convenience in an app only to be let down.
0/10 would not recommend. Just use chrome cause that’s what QuartzMyChart does anyway. Pointless.
Signed in to double check my upcoming appointments only to find that information unavailable. Billing, scheduling, appointments, results, etc. all just no longer available. Thanks Epic, you’ve stripped away anything helpful, and left us all with a steaming pile of garbage.
It’s very frustrating not to be able to pay my bill online. I called last month paid over the phone and they said they fixed the problem. I had to call again today because the problem is not resolved and wait for someone to get back to me tomorrow and my premium is due in 2 days. I’m disappointed that they told me it was fixed and no one fixed it!!!
I don’t understand why you take me out of QuartzMyChart to your website that is so small it is almost unreadable. Your customer service never responds. Not sure why you think this is an improvement.
Unable to see any upcoming appointments in QuartzMyChart . Had to download the MyChart app. I don’t want two apps, I just want one place where all my information is.
It does not give list of all providers one has seen
so it’s not easy to send them a message or question.

I find it very difficult to find specific policy information, such as specific benefits. When I get to the area that says show coverage, and there’s a listing of coverage, I can’t get any details on what the maximum benefit is for any of the different kinds of coverage. It’s very frustrating.
I normally only use QuartzMyChart to check my balance on my Quartz cash card. But when I want more specific info, it’s difficult to navigate around.
I used to be able to see my lab results, now I can’t find them. I had EKG’s, x-rays and CT done a few days ago. Where can I view them? I used to be able to. Very disappointed.
