Hi invariably whilst watching most football streams freeze or not watchable eg cuts offs I have to reload but it still does the same any suggestions to stop this my wifi is perfect so it’s not that ??

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent StrymTV app issues:

Force Stop the StrymTV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click StrymTV app. » click "Force Stop".

Again, got StrymTV » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
