- The "Coach" is a robot and doesn't provide much help

- Volume doesn't work when watching the beginner Yoga Flow

- Can't do 50% of my workout (yoga)

- Can't listen to the other coaches, tips, etc

- Support doesn't work

Como ya he informado, nada funcionó, y por eso he pedido el reembolso. Me solicitan los ùltimos cuatro dìgitos de la tarjeta de crèdito que usé. Dado que aún no tengo acceso a los resùmenes no identifico la tarjeta con la que realicè el pago. Pero ustedes lo cobraron, por supuesto; de otro modo no habrìa recibido los programas. De persistir esta obstrucción de su parte, iniciarè acciones legales.

I paid for this app and service. I downloaded the app and it started working and then wouldn't work. I tried to open the app over and over and it just had a guy holding a flashlight the whole time for about 10 minutes. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and I entered my apple id and password and it just kept loading and loading. I was looking forward to getting some help and using this. I want to go workout now and have spent the last 30 minutes trying to open the app. It's so frustrating.

App stopped working. Very disappointed. It is not my Wi-Fi or device it is your app.

How to fix The Coach app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the The Coach app on iPhone
Update The Coach app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall The Coach iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix The Coach on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve The Coach network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

The Coach Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix The Coach not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the The Coach App
1. On android, goto Settings » The Coach » click [Force Stop]

Update The Coach to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear The Coach App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The Coach » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The Coach.

Fix The Coach unable to contact server/ The Coach internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The Coach » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The Coach » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The Coach
