Good Morning, I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the website is frozen. It started off great but then when I tap my app all it do is nothing, due to health issue I was not able to do my fitness work. So I haven’t been online now it don’t do anything, I can’t get on the cancel or see anything like the beginning. I want to stop payments and cancel, However I try to reach you it doesn’t response, I hope this will reach you. It will not connect so that I can cancel and stop payment before you take next payment. Plus when it did work I couldn’t change my program or see my results. Please contact me asap. Thank you Jewel Jenkins
