Unfortunately, this “Coach” is a robot. Really doesn’t provide much help unless you have absolutely zero idea on how to do anything for your health. If you’re at that level, let me save you the subscription fee: set your alarm and wake up early, eat breakfast, get in a workout. Set those reminders in your phone and follow that routine for a month, and then add in another step. Spend the month refining your initial habits with a google/YouTube search “Bodyweight workouts for beginners” “what’s the best breakfast for a productive morning”. Then do a google search for the most effective habits of successful men and slowly implement them into your life, one habit per month, and you’re going to be a rockstar. The trouble with the Coach being a robot is that it can only respond out of the predetermined algorithm that the programmers have given it, whereas someone who is at the point of needing a coach is usually in need of specific help, it cannot be pulled from a list of responses. This is a neat idea, but it’s only successful demographic is people who are too lazy to google things to increase their life.

For months and I mean months their has been zero volume when watching the beginner Yoga Flow. The volume is working because it will is just fine when watching ‘watch this first’ before doing exercises. But it works nowhere else while using the app. How long will it take to fix? Can’t do 50% of my workout (yoga) , and can’t listen to the other coaches, tips, etc - Also when I try to click on support nothing happens. Right above it is terms and conditions - that works. This tells me they have issues with programming / but g fixes. Get hot. If you’re going big with an app make sure you understand the backend of keeping it running.

Why would Apple allow this app to store my data without my consent and wouldn’t allow me to delete it completely even after deleting the app?
