Worst company to drive for don’t waste your time

Previous driver for AxleHire they take advantage of their drivers much worse than Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Postmate and send you to places without consulting with customers of the area they live in putting more damage to your vehicle with dirty heavy boxes for less pay. They stuff you with 23-30 boxes and only paying you $3-$5 per box you deliver takes up 4-6 hours of your day if you return any box to them cause you can’t reach customer, gain access to their building or home or find their location they take that money off when you return it and have you driving 10-30 miles in between each delivery not to mention the 40-79 miles you have to drive to your first stop so you end up paying to put gas in your car drive all over the place just to only make that money back in their pay not to mention you have to pay tolls out your pocket to deliver their boxes. Don’t waste your time and damage your vehicle for this company they don’t even have a payroll nor paycheck dispute department it’s a bogus email they refer you for any dispute you’ll never get a response back.

Horrible app

I got an email telling me about all this work available but noway to access it. I contacted support and they said to check JitsuDrive . I responded that there isn’t anything in JitsuDrive regarding the email and no response. There are no gigs. It’s empty almost all the time and if anything pops up it’s gone so fast. Ridiculous amount of training you have to go through. Just silly. Like you’re an idiot who can’t follow an app for a delivery. Support is worthless. This is just a complete waste of time.

Can’t take this app seriously

JitsuDrive is not it, they only drop routes from 12-3pm from what I seen it’s 5 routes per drop. Then you have to wait to 4:45pm to book any of the routes for yourself, which unfortunately by that time all the drivers in the area is waiting too. So booking comes up, you’ll press “book” and you an error saying route already taking while your booking. I’ll say use another app, it’s not worth sitting and waiting till 4:45pm to fight over 5 routes, with all the drivers in your area . And from what I’ve seen it’s like 18-22 stops for 80 dollars 😬😬 half of that will be in your gas tank. This is in va Hampton roads.

Downloaded yesterday glitches already

I decided to give JitsuDrive a shot yesterday & started the scan license process which automatically added my middle name to my first name & forced you to click I dont have a middle name in order to proceed which I of course didn’t do smh I then click help which wasn’t any help so I can the support line & pressed 3 for onboarding like it stated but was told that I need to email for support so I stopped there. I hope you guys realize I DO NOT want my social security or any other info shared or used in any way since I’m not allowed to apply with my correct name with AxleHire drive!!

hiring process

So how are they NOT hiring 🙄 I even tried to different cities just to see and they’re not hiring drivers. I waited until like 2-3 yrs bc I had other side jobs then this Axle app just crossed my mind. But, the fact that they have u answer questions then say thank you for interest and not hiring is crazy. How more LONGER I’ll have to wait and how will I be notified? I guess come back in another 5 yrs to check🫣. It’s crazy! They should at least ping us drivers whom are interested to drive for this company in some way like ask us since they already have questions. Am pretty sure a lot of ppl don’t know abt JitsuDrive too much for it to b not hiring rn in the area u choose.

Low price, Big headache

The block price only cover the fueling, due to heavy load damage cars, and dangerous routes, like yesterday, damaged my car due to slippery conditions. Dispatch just pushed me to deliver in unsafe weather conditions only for $50. They are filing their pockets not paying much for driver going through hard time. No they are changing rules about block pick up time. Low price big attitudes.

Decent

JitsuDrive is decent for what it makes you do. to be honest the only down side for me is that they charge you an arm and a leg to cash out , and they advertise deliver 12 boxes get $66 - 25 boxes and get $120 but lately all I been getting is more boxes but getting paid $60-$75 and they take $3 dollars per delivery . Plus your gas in reality you only making like $25-$35 on a far trip . And these people send you like 30 plus miles away .

Beware with working for this company

Not even sure where to start I guess it would be they definitely lied about the pay for the job and on top of that they have instant pay but charge 10% from whatever u might be withdrawing so if u withdrawing $1000 their gonna take 100 mins u they literally force u to do instant pay since they take up to 2 weeks to pay u mind u if ur unable to deliver a package u won’t get paid til u return that package which means u could waste a couple more hours just tryna drop that package back off so instead of being payed for the time ur on the clock they only pay u per route u do no matter how long it takes and trust me they try to overwork u for those small payment also they claim to give gas subsidy’s but only give 50 cent per route which could range in a hr to 3 hrs of driving around not worth working with them I’m quitting as soon as my application gets approved with another job.

Terrible app and support

JitsuDrive doesn’t allow you to update anything without two step verification and that never works. Never received the email or text. Old route can be stuck and there’s no way to clear them. I had to deactivate my account and then it’s impossible to get someone helpful via email. They resist being helpful. Not sure how a company has such awful people working support. Thanks for making such little problems into gigantic catastrophes.

Worst gig app ever at least in Detroit area

Worst gig job ever I’ve worked ever gig app known to man and this one is by far the very worst they should be shut down. Jitus is lucky they don’t let you put screenshots on here. They cancel trips that are booked in advance all the time … they over book trips…. They give you a pay rate between $40 - $111 with between 10 and 25 packages then give you 21 packages and pay you $54 mind you they charge you $3+ for insurance or something… your first trip they pay you $15 extra and tell you exactly how much you get paid for your route after that it’s all down hill …. If you like working for nothing sign up here if not save yourself the hassle and wasted time…. On my last route which was today I scanned all my packages seen the pay then left all the packages in the parking lot then I deactivated my account in the middle of the pick up I’ve never done that on any other gig app.

Worst ever

The worst company I have worked in my life . Do you believe that you take the assignment which’s 22 Boxes or more from the warehouse all the way to another city , which’s one hour or hour and half then when you arrived you will be surprised 😮 that the assignment is not in your account anymore.😿support not respond even if they respond they will tell you oh sorry can you take it back to the warehouse!!!!!what!!! They don’t care about your time, they don’t care about your car ??? Are they know that’s illegal.

The Money isn’t adding up

I worked a hr for $55 dollars for local delivery, then the next day I ended up with a route tht another person couldn’t do and it was a 5 hr route for $135 the money is not adding up it should of been $55 for every hour like it was when I did $55 for tht one hr. They are ripping ppl off. Wake up ppl and pay attention, for those 5 hours it should of amounted out to be $275 instead of $135. They feel like we are desperate for it bc no one ever says anything about it or doesn’t look at it the way l do.. but if we all would stop accepting that then the company would have no choice but to pay us more bc the packages have to be delivered. So don’t accept $100 for 5 hours bc you are not tht desperate

$226 for 9 1/2 hours of work

To get goods from one point, the first customer drove 1 hour and 48 minutes without traffic jams, and there were toll booths, the second customer drove for 43 minutes, the third customer 26 minutes, and the fourth customer 13 minutes, a total of 20 customers On average, every household drives for no less than 12 minutes, and the last time they arrive home is after ten o’clock in the evening. This is a long journey, and it is a tiring experience. The driving distance exceeds your imagination, and there will never be one. next time...

Don’t hold your breath waiting

At the risk of losing a job I never got....
It has been a week and a day since I was told by this company to download their app. And it has been a week since it has not worked. I tried to contact support a couple times and never got a response. I believe they are only collecting names and numbers. I suspect it is some sort of ploy to appeal to investors, as in yes, they can expand, look how many drivers they have on the books. Or maybe, it’s luck of the draw- if you are one of those people that happened to download a working version of JitsuDrive , you’re hired! But, based on the other reviews I don’t think so. Anyway I give up. I am deleting JitsuDrive and moving on.

Rip off on Payment Fees

They charge a required fee for “insurance” to do any routes, a fee to transfer to your require branch wallet (which seems the only way to get your payment moving) and a fee to instant transfer (which is optional) add to it that the pay is only $18-22/hr before expenses and taxes to bust your behind loading you vehicle with tons of big, heavy boxes. So you are really betting $12-$15/hr after it’s all said and done.

But JitsuDrive bugs aren’t bad and maneagable UX is okay.

Not what it seemsMake sure you’re getting that 30 to 40 an hour I’m not

The box to be ratio is not right you will not get 30 to 40 hr .For some reason the algorithm will put you all the way out hour to 45 minutes away from your last stops it took me two hours almost on average every day to drop off two boxes at the end of my route it is a good way to make money I don’t give me wrong but you gotta keep track of what your book and yes if you have a big truck you can make some money

First Runs in the book

I must say I do t have any major issues with JitsuDrive or the deliveries. Wry comparable to the bigger delivery companies but I would say maybe even smother. It helps that the products are all very similar though and it leaves less room for error. Labels are easy to read, scan and so forth. Overall I like it.

Good side hustle

The apps interface works great, very smooth transitions, no issues with GPS, scans every package with no issue. Only issue is that JitsuDrive doesn’t provide enough available routes to make this a viable gig for consistent income. Also these route GO VERY FAST almost instantly they are gone when loaded. If they had more routes available this would be a 5 star app for sure.

The pay is decent but it’s should only be used as a side gig to your side gig if that make sense

AxleHire review

While I appreciate the added payment for gasoline it is not nearly enough. For a small, $55 route I usually drive at least 40 miles, often more. The gas payment of around $1 is actually insulting when gas is almost $6 per gallon.

Weekend Gig

Best opportunity to make extra cash. Recommend a sprinter van with refrigerant or a box truck with a refrigerant this type of vehicle will be worth it because it allows get a many you want. More route comes with 20 stops each route.

Axle Hire

Great job easy to do and straight to the point. Don’t really have to socialize or drive that far. I would recommend this job to friends and family.

Horrible

The guys that work at the warehouse smoke’s weed they don’t help out they have their favorites JitsuDrive and job is horrible you’ll write customer service and they won’t help you

Getting worse

Routes are rare throughout the week. The lowest they use to pay was 55 a route for about 21 stops. Now its 45 a route for 23 stops. Routes will randomly disappear after youve claimed one. They want u to bring packages back but they wont pay you for the extra miles. They have immigrants working so it makes JitsuDrive very saturated. Thats what happens when u sell out.

The best job you can have freedom and money

I’ve never been really good at jobs where I had a schedule. I had a fall the time I like being able to panic when I work how much I work a farm gonna drive and I like knowing that then today exactly how much money I made and the best part is you get paid instantly right when you finish your shift doesn’t get any better than that.

Cool

A little crazy when I arrived to the pickup location but once I started route it was easy and I loved that all my deliveries were so close to each other.

Don’t waste your time

Supervisors are extremely arrogant and provide no support. In-app training was pointless because the pickup procedure in the training was completely different from the actual setup. The whole experience felt like a great big joke. Jitsu also steals 2.7% + $.30 of all driver’s tips. No other delivery job does this. A few used to until they were taken to court. You are worth way more than how you’d be treated delivering for this mess of an operation….do yourself a favor and pass on this one. Theres plenty of similar companies that don’t just say they respect & value their drivers, but they actually show it.

I have to Admit

I’ve been with this company for a over a year and I’ve had no problems getting routes and making money via this company. It’s not a bad at all. Try it put see for yourself but I can’t complain.

Great app so far!

JitsuDrive gives very fair prices. The runs are within reasonable distances, and dispatch is always available to you, which is a great help.
