How to fix SoCard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SoCard app on iPhone
Update SoCard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SoCard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SoCard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SoCard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SoCard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SoCard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SoCard App
1. On android, goto Settings » SoCard » click [Force Stop]

Update SoCard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SoCard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SoCard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SoCard.

Fix SoCard unable to contact server/ SoCard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SoCard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SoCard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SoCard
