How to fix Inigo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Inigo app on iPhone
Update Inigo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Inigo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Inigo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Inigo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Inigo app issues:

Force Stop the Inigo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Inigo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Inigo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Inigo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Inigo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Inigo.

Fix Inigo unable to contact server/ Inigo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Inigo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Inigo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Inigo on android.
