What a complete waste of time, effort, and money. So the powers-that-be at this app decided to force all users to switch over from an app that was simple, intuitive, functional, and efficient in favor of a new version that doesn’t remember usernames (so fun typing it out every single time), is horribly laid out, actually makes you insert the decimal manually when making transfers instead of functioning like every single ATM in the country since the 80’s (and the old app, I might add) where you just enter digits... the list goes on... this is what I went through the fiasco to transition to? Seriously?
Oh, best part... not even a week in - already an update with bug-fixes.
Stop replacing old stuff that works with new crap that doesn’t. You have just embodied everything that is wrong with modern culture.
But then, it IS a federal credit union... so what more should I really expect?
