The menu on MarlowsTavern never matches the online ordering one. They update their menu but never remember to update the online ordering selections so I always have to call the restaurant with changes and I get a poor attitude from the staff every time. It’s not my fault the website has different options to what’s on your menu!

What’s the point? It’s not functional as to what people in 2021 would need. It’s just a website in an app. It was a waste of time to download this.

I’m having a hard time trying to figure out the justification for MarlowsTavern existing beyond the queue feature. Too many links open externally. There is no online ordering or way to pay in MarlowsTavern . You can view menus and locations. Yay? You can do that with a web browser. I hope they make MarlowsTavern do more in the near future. (Side note: the lack of online ordering, through the web or an app, has really been irksome during this stay-at-home time. I HATE giving my card # to someone over the phone.)

I love Marlow’s, but there is always room for improvement. Why isn’t there a link in MarlowsTavern to leave feedback or write a review following logging a visit? Not one time has a waiter asked me if I use MarlowsTavern or if I checked in and need to give them my code. Why doesn’t the staff support MarlowsTavern ?

We were unaware that they even had an app until last night. The manager stopped by the table to inform us and we got it right away. We frequent here often and love the food and efficiency. Everyone loves free perks so not sure why everyone is bashing MarlowsTavern . First night we signed up we got money off our meal. Sounds like a win. Online ordering would be ideal to those who “can’t live without that”. We didn’t find any issues with MarlowsTavern . Don’t let the reviews deter you. Get MarlowsTavern and the red sangria! You’re welcome! ❤️

This is our go-to place for great dining out. The kettle chips are a great start, then anything we order is cooked to perfection, followed by creme brûlée! Wonderful!
