ICICI Prudential Life App Reviews

ICICIPrudentialLifeApp doesnt seem to be satisfactory. Multiple bugs. Everytime i log in it logs in through OTP, later requesting for the pin and face id to be set and starts all over again next time you login. I tried to submit the feedback after the use of ICICIPrudentialLifeApp , and it wouldnt go through. Keeps telling me to “add a feedback reaponse” although i have done everything already. Why does ICICIPrudentialLifeApp need to track my steps? I’d be happier if it helped me logon conveniently instead. Some features are frequently unavailable and ask me to check back later. Disappointing

Being an nri customer it’s very hard to catch some one and talk on the issues facing. Not is worst as it won’t connect to live agent except share phone number which on one answer but will keep in line for hours. Update address is still in process with daily a sorry mail saying it’s getting delayed. Paid premium 2 weeks back but till today no confirmation or msg and not able to download copy as it only download last year paid receipt.

ICICIPrudentialLifeApp asks for a four digit PIN after login.
There is no option to skip this process. I know that this option is provided to make login process easy for users. But for those who don’t want that option, you must add a skip button.

Paying premiums via their app is not recommended at all. Integration with other apps to make payments doesn’t work at all. Recently enabled UPI payment feature is one of the worst feature that never works

There’s no purpose for pin/face recognition, it ask for phone number and starts app setup every single time you open ICICIPrudentialLifeApp . And app cant keep up with your navigation speed, it takes time to load content. Very poorly developed.

Statement download doesn’t allow you to specify duration. You are stuck with just three options - last month, last half year or a financial year. I always have to call the customer service to get a custom unit statement for the calendar year.

ICICIPrudentialLifeApp is slow and most of the time it hanged and most of the time it does not show the option to see fund value. But sometimes do . If j have option not to use ICICIPrudentialLifeApp i will love to avoid. But i have couple of policies from icici and I need some app to track it. But app seriously need attention

I just cant access ICICIPrudentialLifeApp all of sudden. It’s giving me an error saying cannot access from jail break device which is not. Please address at the earliest.

App crashes regularly. Frequently it shows no data and shows all balances as zero. Thursdays data reported usually by Monday next week. Always outdated most given days and even slower to update over holidays. Poor usability for all these reasons.

I updated to the latest version, but ICICIPrudentialLifeApp automatically closes before I can get to check the details. Hoping a fix can be provided for this issue.

it doesn’t take a genius to figure that the most important metric for an investment is growth rate. Well, good luck finding that in ICICIPrudentialLifeApp . Even the current value of investment is hidden and requires multiple clicks. Unnecessary complexity has been added while the metric that I care about the most is invisible!

Please not that this is not about how good is this investment. This review only pertains to how ICICIPrudentialLifeApp. With this in mind, it’s a good tool to learn-see-track how your funds are doing. However, many functions in ICICIPrudentialLifeApp return an error with a message to try again or contact ICICI phone number. One of the example is Statement download. Reliability and Stability of ICICIPrudentialLifeApp needs to be improved vastly. Thank you!!

It’s user friendly and transaction successful rate is high

Easy peasy in less than 5 mins using Net banking via app . Only thing missing is notifications in email . I wish app can send notifications on emails for premium due.

Lovely and easy to use app. It offers great convenience to manage policies quickly.

Looks like a one-stop place for anything to do with your policies. I was having issues logging into my account when using the web portal. But with ICICIPrudentialLifeApp it was just hassle free. Was able to pull up all the info about my policy in less than a minute. Good work from the development team!
