I can't login to my Ace Hardware app on my phone. I don't remember my password and can't retrieve it or reset it. When I enter all of my information it says that account is already assigned to another email. Very frustrating!
I can’t log into the app on an IPhone. I get an error message that says something went wrong.
Cannot log in to the app. "Something went wrong" alert when entering password. Reset the phone and reinstalled the app. I still cannot open the app to use rewards. No problem with logging in online.
Tried using app when using a phone with no Google Play or services installed and didn't work. Assumed it was the underlying Google crap that most people use to build apps for the Android platform and are required for the app to work when going through Googles system. Now, with a new phone that has all that crap in place your app still does not work and says "something went wrong". Just thought you'd like to know. Thank you.
I got a new Moto Edge 2022 cell phone and just tried to sign in to the Ace App that I've used for years and even on my other Moto Edge 2022 that broke...your app is refusing to let me sign in...keeps telling me to use a real email! It IS my email that I've used with the app for years!!! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it via the play store but it still won't work at all! This sucks!
I'm having the same problem as reported by the last 3 users. My Ace Hardware app on iPhone was hung up, so I removed it and re-installed. Now I cannot get past the email prompt "Sign in or Create Account". I know this is not an email/password issue because I can login on my home computer without any problem.
I cannot log in to the Ace Hardware app in iPhone. It will not go past the enter email box. I can login on my computer I have un-installed and re-installed the app several times and called the Ace Hardware support line. The agent said I cannot be linked on the computer land use the app so he said he deactivated the computer link. I still cannot get in on the app.
My ACE reward hasn’t been working for quite a while now. Today I’ve been trying to get it to work. When I go in and look at my account, it says “Hi Florence”, which would seem to indicate that it’s connected… But it wants me to set up a new account and/or login. But then it won’t let me past the email. I have removed app and download it again twice with no change. I’ve even tried using a different email account to see if that would work… But no change.
Ace hardware app requiring login but won't get past the email box. Started recently. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and same problem
Ace App Put in email, as above, and password. Red login bar shows spinning circle that stops spinning but nothing else happens.
Tried to buy a ladder first with Paypal, then with debit card. It would not go through.
Ace hardware app requiring login but won't get past the email box. Started recently. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and same problem.
App wants me to log in but then stop working
Yesterday I could sign in and my rewards etc. were all on the app. Today, won't let me sign in. Was at the store and could not access my rewards.
Won’t let me sign in to app. Says it can’t find my location. What’s the deal?
Your website sucks! Can’t register, can’t send feedback. It’s just awful!!
