Hello, Signed up for this app yesterday and paid $50 made a few bids and now it logged me out and won’t log me In. Says incorrect password and when I try reset password it has a similar error. Is my money gone? I have tried from Two different iPads and iPhones and still no luck. How do we fix it? -d
I downloaded the app and did the email verification. Its sends me to the main page but never asks me to make a password. So I can't set up the account
App wasn't opening so I cleared the cache and tried again and it brought me to login screen. When I attempt to login, it redirects me back to the login screen, nothing more. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and same result occurred. When I use the forgot password link I do not receive an email and nothing happens on the app when I press submit. I have money on this app and was hoping to bid at the 12 oclock bid, which isn't going to happen now. Very inconvenient.
