How to fix Aura app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Aura app on iPhone
Update Aura app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Aura iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Aura on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Aura network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Aura Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Aura not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Aura App
1. On android, goto Settings » Aura » click [Force Stop]

Update Aura to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aura App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Aura » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Aura.

Fix Aura unable to contact server/ Aura internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Aura » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Aura » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Aura
