"aura keeps stopping" is the only message I get

App keeps logging me out qheb I try to use it. Pretty much can't use it at all to upload any photos

My Aura app freezes on my phone when I tap on a picture that was in my notifications. Picture will not enlarge and freezes the app for several seconds but never enlarges

Close and restart the Aura app on iPhone
Update Aura app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Aura app issues:

Force Stop the Aura App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Aura app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Aura to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aura App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Aura app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Aura.

Fix Aura unable to contact server/ Aura internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Aura » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Aura » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Aura on android.
