Same problem as others. I am getting the message "Data Error Please Resend again." I have reset the printer, reinstalled the app, power off, even cleaned the zinc roller. The wifi is working but the printer isn't.
Every time I try to print I keep getting "Data Error Please Resend again." I restarted the app, charged the device and restarted my phone and the message still pops up.
Message : "Data Error Please Resend again." --> this keeps happening when I try to print and I charged the printer, connected reconnected, turned off and on again. Still won't print. Please help. Thank you, Sasha Sukhina
Every time I select printer to print, red light on printer flashes with no device found. Confirmed printer was connected in Bluetooth on iPhone before hitting print. Tried 2 different iPhones.
