Can't log in. Keeps saying no internet connection. Please check network environment. Tried on mobile data and wifi. Other apps work

it is not working it says network error i tried everything i even uninstall and it still not working

To resolve Cash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Cash App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cash » click [Force Stop]

Clear Cash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cash.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cash
