Does not send anything so disappointed customer service is not getting back to me
Sent a really important fax and the person who received it called me to let me know that it was taking too long to be printed. I had to go to the post office and mail the documents for next day delivery. It’s a waste of money.

I have sent 5 faxes from SimpleFax, not one was received by multiple agencies
SimpleFax is recommended? Trying to add document and it crashes. Done waistline my time on this junk

I don’t find SimpleFax very user friendly. I have had multiple issues sending faxes and I don’t receive a response about the issues. Customer service verified receipt of my concern and informs me that I will hear from someone and I never due.
User friendly and works great! No complaints just 2 suggestions: 1- the document scanner function in SimpleFax could use some black and white imaging. As it is now, a “scan” merely takes a photo of a document. And 2- have some kind of token system or something for those who only send a couple of faxes a year and don’t need a recurring subscription.
Good and simple design but they do hit you up with a notice, telling you that your going to have to pay after 3 days. MC/KC
It needs improvement in the browsing area so that I can find my files easier. Not all the files I want to fax is in the iCloud or photos library.
I was very excited about this fax application being simple and fast for someone who is challenged by technology.
Easier than I expected and so pleased to know of SimpleFax/product.
