App is really bad, literally created a profile online, decided to download ChickenGuy so I can use the points when I go to the restaurant, and it says that user and password doesn’t exists, but when I try to create a new user or reset the pew it’s says it’s already in use….. one of those useless apps just to get your email to send annoying spam but is deemed useless bc you can’t add points to redeem anything! Avoid it at all costs!!! Guy, DO BETTER!

Don’t count on ordering food through ChickenGuy . At least for the location in Disney Springs. Out of probably 10 visits ChickenGuy has been functioning maybe once. I only keep coming here as family wants the food and I’m picking up for them. Otherwise I would not come to this establishment ever again. Don’t have an app if it is never going to work.

If you are looking for fast food and are staying in a hotel, do make sure they hand you all of your order. Make them double check it. It’s very frustrating when you are missing items and only realize this once miles away and sitting in your hotel room. Poor management and poor hospitality.

Very difficult to get the credit for your points on ChickenGuy, doesn’t really have anyway to upload or scan a receipt to get credit, nor in store..

Ordered from ChickenGuy at the Winter Park store. Order wasn’t ready, staff was rude and when I got home, the “shareable side” of loaded fries had one piece of bacon, no green onion and barely any fries. It also had some pasta in it. Very disappointed as it is not cheap.

What is the point of even having an app if you don't accept mobile orders?

Love the mobile ordering at Disney Springs. App is clunky and not clear and easy to use.

The auto tipping is completely unacceptable. Tipflation is out of control for non-tip wage workers.

Upon launching, ChickenGuy immediately crashes. I can’t even get to the login screen.

App doesn’t even show California locations?

Missing locations, can’t order. What’s the point.

I don’t know if this is an app issue or an admin issue, but I’ve been trying to sign in and it keeps telling me that I don’t exist. I go to request my username and instead I get sent an email to reset my password. No username in sight. Doesn’t even tell me what my account number is. But when I try to sign up for a new account, it tells me my email and phone number are in use so I can’t make a new account. Which is it? Do I exist or don’t I? They could make it easier and let you sign in with your email address instead, but nooooo.

Can’t log in, doesn’t work

ChickenGuy is truly easy to use. It could be more futuristic but sometimes the old fashioned design is best suited.
