The employees are super unfriendly! I have absolutely no idea why I come here the location on 19th & University is a better location! It is literally 6:40pm on a Monday night & I had 4 8 wing orders & they literally told me they were out of wings! There’s a line of cars & it’s still 5 and a half hours before close & there’s no wings! The fact that I continue to come to this location is mind blowing it’s 2 minutes from my home however I will not visit this location again! Try new employees with better attitudes & willing to work!

SlimChickens used to be great. Quick and easy to order but now it’s ridiculously slow. It takes so long to make any selection that it’s not worth using. I can’t even view my rewards in less than 5 minutes. The receipt scanner for rewards used to be super fast in almost any light conditions. Now in bright light it almost never works. I don’t know what happened, but the changes have made SlimChickens progressively worse over the past year. Please fix or just roll back to a previous version so that it works again!

I like to save time with anything I do. I tried to order a Buffalo sandwich meal, but I couldn’t order it the way I wanted it. I can get it with no ranch Mayo, but I can’t add just regular ranch. I also can’t get extra items such as pickles, lettuce or fried onions, but I can pay for cheese. Due to this, I had to go through drive-thru and had to wait for my food. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food, it took about 18 to 20 minutes. I understand that preparation takes time, but if I could’ve ordered it they way I wanted to for pickup, then my food would’ve been ready when I arrived. Please adjust your app to make it easier to make adjustments to our orders!!!!!!

I use SlimChickens a lot and it normally works good. However if they are out of something and you order it through SlimChickens you will not get refunded. Also the lobby was closed as I selected to pickup inside. It was inconvenient to go from parking walking up to the door and it being locked then having to wait in a long line. Once I finally got my food it was no longer hot. Real pain. I would have waited and just went through the drive through if I would of known. There needs to be a way each store can give feedback to SlimChickens .

First, if I’m ordering a sandwich, I should be able to remove any and all ingredients on the sandwich. That’s not currently an option. Second, I’ve been using this for curbside pickup for a while and it was great but once things started opening up more, I sat outside for about 20 minutes in the designated spot but no one came out. I had to call to have them come out. For the pick up option, there should be options for curbside pick up or pick up at the counter.

SlimChickens is great as long as you don’t want to edit your sandwich toppings, ask for no ice in your drink, or mind putting in your card information EVERY TIME you order. I LOVE the restaurant and food! SlimChickens is mostly convenient and is easy to use. But the feature to scan your card and keep for future orders does not work. I’ve been using SlimChickens for several months and I keep telling myself “They’ll update it soon” but it still hasn’t been updated. Why have the option on there at all if your not going to patch or update it so that it works?!?

I’ve been loving the chicken here and have used SlimChickens for rewards and only the rewards. The issue I keep having (and majority of users) is when I try ordering through SlimChickens for a sandwich, I HAVE to edit my sandwich in order to proceed.

It’s aggravating because: one, it’s fine the way it comes; two, it saves more time from waiting for the sandwiches to be made if I go there to order at the store. It is inconvenient and there are substitutes, but I prefer this to others.

This is the only thing I have experienced that hinders SlimChickens to be higher.

Everything about SlimChickens is great except one thing, it won’t save my card info no matter how many times I put it in. It won’t scan my card either no matter what lighting I’m in. The scanning not working wouldn’t matter if I only had to input my card number manually only once but I have to do it EVERY TIME I ORDER since it won’t save my card info & yes I’ve made sure that the save my card box is checked every time.

The staff were kind, organized & efficient. The food was Delicious and the Peach Tea was home brewed. My only request would be that the salad be more chilled and the grilled chicken be hot. There were so many cars in line I figured they were going through the chilled salads as fast as they could make them. All tasted so fresh.

The Slim’s location on Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota has the most efficient, elite strike team of employees of any restaurant I’ve been to. Time and time again they have proven themselves worthy of our money. Especially Casey. Every Tuesday me and my friends come to slims for their student discounts and every Tuesday Casey is here to make sure everything goes right. From taking our order to making sure we are satisfied with our order, Casey has an uplifting presence in this restaurant and is definitely worthy of a raise and/or total authority over Russia.

Please add a note section to your app. Just because you purchase a combo does not mean you want ice in the drink. If you have a special request there is no way to add these through SlimChickens . You have to call the store directly and once the order is placed there’s not much they can do to change things.

I just wanted to say two things. First, of course the food is good and worth going back for. Second, SlimChickens in iOS used to be hideously slow. In the last month or so, it finally got a performance patch that makes it run so much faster and functional that it is night-and-day by comparison. If you like ordering by app for drive-thru, get SlimChickens now!

I love eating at Slim’s. The chicken and waffles are legit. SlimChickens is nice to keep track of my rewards. I like the fact my rewards do not expire like other places. I would suggest making the rewards easier to apply with a barcode for the cashier to scan. Make the rewards apply to the whole ticket instead of individual items. This would speed up the process for sure. Slim’s is the place to be.

We were greeted the second we walked in. The gentleman at the front counter, He repeated each meal back to us as each of us and our three kids ordered! You don’t get that in semi fast food much these days! Food was hot and fresh and just great customer service and Mario the manger I’m assuming brought us our last tray out and wrote his name on receipt and asked if we needed anything and asked how everything was and asked if we would take the time to do the survey! I mostly carry out due to busy weeknight schedules but I’ll make this a regular family dine out spot occasionally!

We used to be avid Chick-fil-a customers. Then we moved to Lawton. Worst customer service we’ve ever received!! So, someone suggested Slim Chickens. We are so glad we tried Slim Chicken!!! The customer service is always top notch and the food fresh and hot. Our chicken restaurant of choice is now Slim Chickens. Will not be going back to any other chicken place. Thank you so much for the service, food, and smiling face.

This is the first time we have been to Slim Chickens but it won’t be our last. The Memphis BBQ sandwich was fabulous Just the right amount of heat in the chicken topped by the perfect crunch of coleslaw and tang of pickle. Yum! Fried pickles were done perfectly and the best I’ve had in years. But best of alll, oh that brownie chocolate pudding & toffee jar dessert! Sheer Heaven! The staff, especially Mira, were all smiles and eagerness. We may go back today!

I want to extend a special thank you to Brian who took my phone order for a curb side pick up! He was extremely nice, repeated my order, and had a great personality! His phone etiquette was on point and he was also the one who brought out our food. He was very personable and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. Seems simple, but it meant a lot! Thank you Slims for the great food and service time and time again!! (Sioux Falls Louise location)

For the first day of a new business coming to a new area can be chaotic. Slim Chickens Company had it all together. The whole experience we had was perfect. Great tasting chicken tenders with okra which I had and my husband ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich meal with okra which he said was fabulous. The okra was fried perfect and hot. The sweet tea just right. The vanilla shake was the best I have had in a while. I ordered gravy as my sauce and it was awesome. I am looking to future visits.

Great food and service had a good time. The parking lot looked quite full and the store looked wrapped. I thought we needed to be ready to wait a while. We were waited on quickly, found an open booth, and then I thought were in for our wait. Wrong again. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. I and my husband totally recommend it and we will be back soon!

Visited 12/5 drive through, service was good as usual. Theron polite and friendly as usual, but got home and noticed extra Blue cheese dip missing even though on the ticket, also noticed the Buffalo dip container was less than half full,second plate had both dips full to top. Lastly 1 side of mac and cheese had 1/3 less mac than usual.. second plate side of mac and cheese container was full as usual. Not good when you have two plates that should be identical side by side, felt cheated.

I have been a loyal customer until I had a run in with the manager the other day . I ordered my usual 10 tenders with additional ranch ,I paid for it and waited a lil hot and they handed me my food . I drove off to go home . Got home and didn’t have what I ordered so I drove all the way back over there went thru the drive thru again and told them they had forgotten my ranches and toast. So they said pull around I did so.
However , I was met at the window by this owner manager who accuses me of lying about getting my toast and ranches that they did not give me . The proceeds to lecture me about how they don’t do handouts and I didn’t have to lye. Excuse me ? I pd for these items I just want what I paid for .& this guy just keeps going on and on . The got upset because I said hold up I paid for these items and you have the audacity to lecture me ?un believable the guy was a total jackass and lost one if his best loyal customers in the process over 4 ranches and an order of toast !

I am an avid slim chickens eater and I enjoy the designs of their restaurants. I come and eat here any chance I can get and I always make sure to scan my receipt for the points. I like how SlimChickens rewards customers for eating, but I had gotten to 50 points and I never received my reward. I am deeply disappointed that I had spent money to buy food here but have yet to receive any rewards for my work. This place has amazing food but they neeed to fix their app ASAP.

I love Slim Chickens and especially the Smokey Cheddar wrap but when I use SlimChickens to order not all the choices I select on SlimChickens are printed on the order at the restaurant. It has an option of choosing the spicy barbecue sauce, choosing a different sauce and not having any sauce on the chicken. I prefer the wrap without having sauce on the chicken but that part doesn’t print out at the store and I always have the spicy barbecue sauce out on the chicken and have to sit around and wait for the order to be made how I ordered it. Please fix this problem so that I can continue using SlimChickens.

I’ve used SlimChickens , and loved it, for quite a while. Sadly, the past 2 times, after I’ve earned enough points to get my $4.00 reward, received the message (via the my app inbox) confirming the reward, when I’ve gone to redeem them, they were no longer there. I LOVE your food, and would eat at Slim Chickens anyway, BUT I also enjoy using the rewards.
Any idea why this keeps happening?

The service is alway good. Today I came in and ordered my food. I specifically asked for chip for my meal and a side of macaroni and cheese. I didn’t get my chips. The lady that took the order and David the cashier were rushing and seem a bit out of it. I hope the keep up their good service.

I love the chicken tenders more than anything. But when I go through the drive thru to pick up a family pack and forget to input it... 2 days later I lose out :(. So frustrating.

Also when I used redeemable points/dollars on my last visit the purchase came too just over $2 and your app wouldn’t take it. That makes me upset that I even used my redeemable dollars 😏

I frequent here at least a few times a month. Food is always consistent, and fast to your table. I usually prefer the Slims plate tossed in Inferno (yea you can toss in any sauce and still get two additional sauces!) with Cayenne Ranch and Mango Habanero. Frankie is over the top with her customer service. Well done.

The food at slims is always so fresh. I’ve been there a thousand times (okay maybe not that many, but you get the point) and I’ve never had cold or old food. SlimChickens is phenomenal! With every fifty dollars you spend you get 4 dollars back! And also with SlimChickens you receive great deals on occasion! I def recommend slim chickens to everyone.

I love SlimChickens but it would be great to have an option to remove a drink that comes with a meal. I usually don’t get a drink when I order a salad and I was unable to remove the drink from my order. Other than that, works as it should.

I love slims chicken! SlimChickens is probably the best one I have for food and rewards!!! You accumulate quick and the rewards are legit !

Never really went to places like this till slims, it definitely is delicious and easy to put a to go order in!

We love Slim’s food! Free kids meals on Sundays was the original draw but we find that we eat here more often. SlimChickens is great, I like the rewards and that they stay until used! Ease to use and order ahead of
Time!

The food is fantastic from tenders to salads to their delicious mac n cheese. I’ve been to 5 different Slims locations and have been more than satisfied with all them. The Fort Smith AR location is my regular go to. I am a true Slims fan.
