There is a 21+ deals option that is faulty. When I input my information, it still says it can not verify my identity? Why ask extra questions about my address and social security number if I already input my date of birth to prove I'm of legal age, when the app was installed.?? Makes no sense and seems suspicious like a risk of identity fraud is about to be committed. Do not trust this app especially with your personal information. And based off the other comments alone.
Fast rewards is the biggest scam ever perpetrated by EZ Mart. The clerks have absolutely no idea how to use the points so you lose them. I’ve already lost 250 points because no one could tell me how to use them. You don’t have a Customer service freaking phone number so you can’t be gotten a hold of. I’m sorry I even wasted my time filling out the paperwork to get this card. It’s junk.

This is the worst app ever!
I shop here all the time. Once in a blue moon it will say I have points. But it will never let me use them.
I show the counter person and all they do is shrug there shoulders like they don’t know. No one can do anything about it so it just resets every time I use the card. I can never use the points. Over the time of having my points like at first I’d be able to use it like first day ever of having it. But then I haven’t been able to use the points for years now. And I can’t even use the load button. For the fuel and the cash. They don’t work. Everything is just wasted!
Probably millions of points wasted over the time of having this. Y’all owe me free gas for life. Cause this is not fair at all.

I keeps kicking me off the app claiming error. Even after my thumbprint, email address, and password. I’ve used it twice. Both times I had to use a different email address and start the process over from the beginning. Once I used the free $5 credit. The app no longer worked for my second purchase. Nor would it allow me to link the Fasrewards card to the app, so I wouldn’t need the app if there was a system error. What’s the use of downloading a app that’s only good for one use? Is the app secretly storing my phone’s information? If I enter my information. It claims that the user already exists but it won’t allow me entry.

Hate the new look and wish I could undo the update. The new look it is hard to navigate and the fact that my screen is now so busy it gives me a headache just to look at it. Lost my order history and an easy way to see when my rewards expire. Lost the easy to see list of deals for free stuff with pictures saying buy one get one deals. Keeps asking me for my location which I don’t want to give and can’t turn off it asking. Can’t opt out of emails either it literally will not let you. Also lost my rewards I had saved just updating the stupid thing. If you haven’t updated yet don’t bother.
