This is the worst app ever!
I shop here all the time. Once in a blue moon it will say I have points. But it will never let me use them.
I show the counter person and all they do is shrug there shoulders like they don’t know. No one can do anything about it so it just resets every time I use the card. I can never use the points. Over the time of having my points like at first I’d be able to use it like first day ever of having it. But then I haven’t been able to use the points for years now. And I can’t even use the load button. For the fuel and the cash. They don’t work. Everything is just wasted!
Probably millions of points wasted over the time of having this. Y’all owe me free gas for life. Cause this is not fair at all.

Hate the new look and wish I could undo the update. The new look it is hard to navigate and the fact that my screen is now so busy it gives me a headache just to look at it. Lost my order history and an easy way to see when my rewards expire. Lost the easy to see list of deals for free stuff with pictures saying buy one get one deals. Keeps asking me for my location which I don’t want to give and can’t turn off it asking. Can’t opt out of emails either it literally will not let you. Also lost my rewards I had saved just updating the stupid thing. If you haven’t updated yet don’t bother.

I got fasREWARDS in hope of saving some money like most people downloading fasREWARDS, but as I was trying to make an account, it told me that my phone number (or a phone number like mine) has already existed in the system. I am not going to change my number for this stupidity in hope of saving a few cents. If this is just a problem with said system then please reply for beggars can not be choosers and I can just choose to delete fasREWARDS . I long for a speedily response for this matter and hope that the responder has a enjoyable 2023 year.

I got fasREWARDS to get the free five dollars which I was told by a cashier at the shell station that I could use for gas. Turns out that’s not true. I didn’t use my five dollars for a few days only to see it completely disappear from my account. Why? Was there a time limit? And why is there a time limit? It’s free credit to accrue, right? If I have only a few days to use my credit then why accrue any at all? I’m one starring it for misleading context and false credit that is taken away as soon as you get it. You can’t even use it for gas.

I used to love fasREWARDS. Then there was an update. Now I keep racking up rewards but it won’t let me use them. It doesn’t let me me click the button to make the rewards usable as FasBucks. I’ve emailed customer service several times, not only for this but other issues in the past, and never, ever have a received a reply, a text message, phone call or any acknowledgment whatsoever.

An older version of fasREWARDS had a transaction history, ability to see earned rewards (5¢ off etc), and the contact us form worked great to add a transaction when a location didn’t take my loyalty ID. Now all the good features are gone and the contact us form doesn’t work so there’s no way to get a transaction manually added or even communicate issues with fasREWARDS .

I keeps kicking me off fasREWARDS claiming error. Even after my thumbprint, email address, and password. I’ve used it twice. Both times I had to use a different email address and start the process over from the beginning. Once I used the free $5 credit. fasREWARDS no longer worked for my second purchase. Nor would it allow me to link the this app card to fasREWARDS , so I wouldn’t need fasREWARDS if there was a system error. What’s the use of downloading a app that’s only good for one use? Is fasREWARDS secretly storing my phone’s information? If I enter my information. It claims that the user already exists but it won’t allow me entry.

Had to download fasREWARDS - it shows I have $7.00 in my account, there’s a button that says “click one to load to wallet” but when you click on the FasBucks or Fuel buttons, nothing happens. I sent a message for customer service but I doubt that I’ll hear anything- seems from the recent reviews (esp July 2024) that this is a BIG issue. Clerks at the stores have no idea. They say, contact the company- but good luck with that.

I detest that I have to use fasREWARDS to load the Fas Bucks I’ve earned instead of choosing whether to use them at checkout. The most recent update has a bug that will not allow me to load the Fas Bucks to my “wallet” in order to redeem. I have patronized this brand for several years due to the rewards program but will not continue to use them if this bug is not resolved soon.

There is no point in having a card if you have to have your phone for fasREWARDS . it’s not worth me caring my phone to a store pulling up fasREWARDS . just use the money that has accumulated on it so I’d rather not even worry with it. They tell me I have $12 and I told them if I cannot use the card that they gave me. It’s not worth it. I find it very inconvenient so fas rewards is not worth it to me

I love being able to use my points at my local gas station, but the new rule of picking rewards or gas does not work. When you try to pick either the rewards or fuel discount in fasREWARDS nothing happens. So now my points are just stuck unable to be used:(

Download fasREWARDS already giving me headaches why? I created my account and keeps saying password bla bla I did put special marks but still saying the same so here I have a app that won’t except my password there’s a name numbers and ?! So why this issue early this morning? I don’t have time sitting here trying to get through so fasREWARDS sits in the background. 😕

The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t verify my age on fasREWARDS . It just says there’s a problem with my address being outdated. Otherwise great app and has already saved me money.

I have been using fas rewards app since it was released. It has been awesome and a great money saver app. Recently, my rewards will not take the 1.70 off two pack of Marlboro products. I am not sure if it’s a glitch or bug.

Love using my this app card at my local convenience store for my purchases! Love when I randomly get a few bucks off my total purchase! The gas rewards are so great to use with the high prices!

The friendliness of 98% of the employees I have encountered in these stores is amazing!!! They have treated me like family and like they have nothing better to do than to please me.
Best customer service of any business I’ve ever seen!!! Keep up the great work!!!

It’s so amazing that this rewards card helps you save money and the more points you have the more it benefits! I can’t wait to see all the stuff I am able to get from just using this card!

I couldn’t get into my account so the clerk told me about fasREWARDS , it let me reset my password since I tried to email them and they told me that I had to call customer service but with fasREWARDS it had the option of “forgot password” so much better and I can see everything again 😁

I am sure that I’ve been able to do this in the past, but I’m unable to recall how I did it. I need to merge a card’s points over to my account (from a card that isn’t registered to another account). I only have the secondary card because I had thought I lost the previous one, but I was mistaken. Please help me. Thanks for your time and cooperation
