Many issues faced with this application, there were issues with logging in, then worked fine. Then the application freezes when being logged in. Contacted the Tech support several times and didn't solve anything, their solution is delete and reinstall which didnt work as well.
I would say this is the worst Bank related application I have ever seen/used.

I am wondering why I can’t change my phone number in NationalBankofIraq , as I changed my number and NationalBankofIraq still stuck on the old one!
Each time Im calling NBI support they are telling it will be fixed soon in the next update!

Registering an account is not working. Users should be able to create account from NationalBankofIraq and request debit/credit card.

NationalBankofIraq does not open and is stuck at the loading screen for the past one month.

App is not logging in, it shows that “user name and password is incorrect” while it’s accepting the password when logging in to my account through the website website.

NationalBankofIraq has a problem every day, your bank is very good, exactly the customer care service has many ability to solve the issues, but NationalBankofIraq unfortunatly bad, now a day is not working for transfer.

NationalBankofIraq requires an update . It has lots of issues especially when logging in , showing errors in the “Account” page and some parts don’t load up properly or get stuck loading. Another issue is that sometimes it doesn’t detect internet connection

We have not been able to locate the source of the transaction yet, ambiguous description.

NationalBankofIraq's potential is hindered by infrequent updates. Waiting a year or more for bug fixes is unacceptable. Developers, it's time to step up and prioritize regular maintenance. Users deserve better.
